Disappointment and regret My sales consultant Luis is the ONLY person who has been responsive and helpful since I purchased my vehicle on 7/13/2019. The only positive experienc My sales consultant Luis is the ONLY person who has been responsive and helpful since I purchased my vehicle on 7/13/2019. The only positive experience was the sales process. Go figure. There have been issues with the car since the day I bought it. Some have been resolved, some have not and there are new issues as a result of poor workmanship during the service appointment. I’ve reached out to the service manager and the general manager to try and resolve the issues. No one has responded. I’ve reached out to American Honda. I haven’t had the car for a month and I regret purchasing it. I do not want the car. I am beyond disappointed. I’ve stopped driving the car. More
