I interrupted him and explained how I was going to go about purchasing the vehicle and how I would be price comparing. He immediately stopped, changed gears and proceeded to help me purchase a car the way I wanted to. In other words "he heard me" - just like in the ad. I shopped several dealers and this was not always the case. I explained this to another salesman at another dealership three times and he never "heard me". I ended up walking out. Shaun was great to deal with. He said they would match any other dealer in price and they did. He was laid back and great to deal with. He took lots of time with us before and after the purchase to explain all of the features of the car. The finance guy we worked with was also awesome (I can't remember his name). After all of my hard work, sweat, and tears, I finally saved up enough money for a down payment to purchase my very own vehicle. Even though I had the money, I had absolutely no idea what kind of car to get myself. Ok, maybe I had some ideas. I knew I wanted either a Subaru or a Honda, but not which kind of Subaru or Honda. I test drove many cars at many different places before I ultimately arrived at Ken Garff Honda Downtown. Upon meeting Shaun, I knew I had made the right decision to come here for help. He showed me many cars and answered every question I had, he even answered questions I didn't know I had. Finally, I laid eyes on the 2018 Honda Accord 1.5T Sport and I knew it was the one for me. Shaun could see it in my eyes, so he suggested we take a test drive. Driving it around just confirmed my choice. Once I was able to make the decision of which car I wanted, Shaun and his team made the rest easy. I couldn't have asked for better treatment here at Ken Garff Honda Downtown. They were willing to take it out Shaun and the Ken Garff group were excellent. I was looking for a birthday present after my previous car broke down.
