In 2005 Brandon sold me my first CRV. I had it for 18 years. I went back to find him still at Ken Garff!! He’s even more professional and lovely to work with. Decent guys down at Ken Garff. You get the typical sales jargon from them: they knew the previous owner, he was an old guy that took care of it (except 3 diff guys told me the sa You get the typical sales jargon from them: they knew the previous owner, he was an old guy that took care of it (except 3 diff guys told me the same story), hurry now someone else is interested, sign papers immediately. Just relax and don't let them stress you and you won't be stressed. I waited two days, to be able to arrange the time to sign. They were impatiently forgiving of my work schedule and availability. I didn't like the initial offer. They returned with a second lender, 3% lower interest rate than the first. Once the lender was decided upon, the hardest part was trying to find time to finalize it. When I finally arranged time, I signed without any hastles or pressures or issues. Great finish and so far a decent truck. Gas tank wasn't completely full, that would be my one half complaint. The interior and engine were overly clean so I'll give them a break for fuel. I would recommend going Ken Garff Downtown. Brandon is a good guy, whos on top of it and will get you answers. Everyone seems to know their jobs well and will get it done. More
