We’ve been coming to Ken Garff Honda to service our 2008 Odyssey for the last few years. They treated us much better than another Honda dealership closer to home, and they won our loyalty. When we needed a newer van, there was now question where we were going to get it. My wife came into Ken Garff and test drove a 2019 Odyssey, and she met with fast Eddie. I wasn’t with my wife on the initial test drive, but Eddie’s service was top notch. The most important thing was that she left that day not feeling pressured. We talked it over, came back the next day, and purchased the van. I didn’t think a car buying experience could be this enjoyable, and Eddie was a big part of that. We felt like we were being taken care of from beginning to end. We love our van, and it’s perfect for our family. We’ll be bringing it back to get serviced at Ken Garff. More
