Well, it took a week to get to the car for what was probably 2 hours worth of work. During which time I had to have a rental car at considerable expense. A little advice, if you don't get a response from the first one we don't want to reply and continued emails and texts will only lose you 1 or 2 stars when we do respond. Also I'm my case. The problem turned out to be a spark plug. I feel a good company would have just replaced all 4 as a precaution instead of just the one hoping it doesn't happen again. More
