On Monday afternoon, April 15 about 5:15, I got on the interstate to head home to Wellington; at 60 mph my car was shaking so badly, I thought I had a flat tire (or two). I pulled off at the Flying J and looked around at all four tires/wheels - everything looked good. Got back in the car and was near the High Plains Road roundabout and pulled off again b/c I was seriously concerned about driving home another 25 miles. I turned around, got the phone number of Spradley Hyundai Service Dept. and called them. I was headed in that direction. I spoke with Anthony who told me they were open but had no service techs around. I told him about my car and said I was so worried, I was afraid to drive home. I asked for a loaner - he said they didn't have any. I asked if I could just drive up to the door and see if they could look at it. He said OK. I drove up, the door opened and I drove in. I got out of the car and Anthony and Scott took one look at the car and said my wheels/rims were full of ice. Scott said we'll just use the "hotsi" or something like that and you'll be on the road in no time. Anthony took my car, thoroughly steamed all the wheels an got rid of any remaining ice or grime on the car; he then drove it back to me, used a wet vac to clean the driver's side floor mats and Scott cleaned the passenger's side floor mat. While I was waiting, Scott and I talked and I explained how thankful I was. I said now I felt safe to drive home and I was so appreciative of their care and concern. About 10-15 minutes after I had started home (Interstate 25 south), I received a call from Anthony. He just wanted to check to be sure my car was handling well and that I was safely on my way. I again thanked him and told him how impressed I was with his and Scott's "can do" attitude and extremely professional customer service - they made me feel like I was the most important person they'd seen that day! This was of course, all done at absolutely no cost to me. Thank you, thank you, thank you - Anthony Miller and Scott Rudolphi - and SpradleyBarr Hyundai of Cheyenne! More

Needless to say they did the estimate and it was about $10K total. Due to all the other vehicles it took almost nine months for my truck to go in to be fixed. They had my truck for over two weeks to replace the roof and hood of my vehicle. In the estimate, they said they would fix my topper on the back of my truck, they did not. They said they would paint my whole truck, they did not. They did paint the new roof and the new hood to match my truck. My previous hood had a bug shield on it with the rubber bumper pads on each side of the quarter panels in front, on either side of the hood. They removed the little bumper pads and did not remove the adhesive. The person/s who painted the hood, clear coated right over the old adhesive which, can be clearly seen to this day. I had to take it back a couple of times to get other things fixed. When the dent guys fixed the dents they bent /twisted the window track for the electric windows and one of the parts for that same door broke the clip and it was causing issues. Ellie said she would order the parts and get back with me. After some weeks of not hearing from her, I went in to the body shop to find out why nobody had contacted me. She said that the reason was they had not contacted me was because she could not find a part for the window and she showed me the other part that had come in weeks ago. She said they would try to fix the window and bend it back into place and fix the blemish on the hood. At that point she got a little hostile and from the way I was being treated, I felt as if she was placating me to get me out of her office. I made arrangements to get my truck fixed. At this point I will not be going back and I am in the process of registering a complaint through my insurance company. I feel that I have tried to work with these people and don't feel that it will go anywhere. My suggestion to you, is ensure that all the work was completed and to your satisfaction. I have since told several friends to go elsewhere to get repairs/service done. I also will be looking for a new vehicle soon but, will not go to this dealership to get repairs or service in the future. More
I worked with a new employee at Spradley Barr Ford - Adrian Miller - when purchasing my new Ford F150. On January 2nd I received a call from salesperson Traci Jaspersen saying that a 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium AWD that I might be interested in, had come in. On January 3rd my wife, Barbara and I went over to Jaspersen saying that a 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium AWD that I might be interested in, had come in. On January 3rd my wife, Barbara and I went over to the dealership. Traci was waiting for us, showed us the car and asked what our expectations were for the deal. She then gave the information to sales manager Dave Morgan. Dave checked his computer to see if there were any other Ford incentives that we didn't know about and found one for $750.00! Meanwhile, Traci, Barbara and I took the new car for a test drive. When we came back, it was into finance manager Rob Elder's office for the final paperwork. I don't think it took fifteen minutes to complete the paperwork and we were ready to go. Before we left Traci went over all of the vehicle features and explained the My Ford Touch system. For someone that hadn't been with Spradley Barr Ford for all that long, I was very impressed with Traci's technical knowledge of the vehicle. We have bought several new Fords from Spradley (Barr) Ford over the last ten years and each time has been a relaxing, no pressure experience. Everyone that I have encountered at Spradley Barr Ford have been very friendly, courteous and professional, especially Traci, Dave and Rob. They went over and above to make sure that we got the best deal and was satisfied. I certainly would recommend Spradley Barr Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle and will definitely get my next new Ford vehicle from Spradley! More

He takes the extra time to explain everything about the vehicles we purchased. I have purchased 3 Ford Taurus' since 2001 and have loved every one of them. Customer service at Spradley is great. They are friendly, professional and not pushy at all as some car sales persons can be. I will always recommend Spradley to all my friends and family. Financing was a breeze this time and very fast. I eventually decided that my brand new 2013 Hyundai Elantra was the best fit for my lifestyle and wallet. Spradley Barr Motors, Inc. gave me a great deal that was affordable and one that I had all the little extras I was after. I paid a reasonable price for my Elantra that came equipped with leather seats, sunroof, active eco fuel efficiency technology, an amazing 10 year powertrain warranty, 5 year bumper to bumper warranty, and even a 3 year warranty on my satellite radio! A lot of other brands have similar packages available, but you would pay a whole heck of a lot more for the same features I received and wouldn't necessarily get to benefit from the awesome safety features Hyundai offers. Between the awesome price, cool extra features, color (red-my dream car color), and unbelievable safety ratings the Elantra had (2011 Car of the Year for Safety)it was a win win situation when it came time to purchase my vehicle! When I went in to actually sign the papers and make the car officially mine, the Hyundai Sales Manager, Travis Brown was an exceptional man of character because he helped me out so much with the financing side of my purchase- Since I did not have a lot of credit I was afraid that no bank or credit union would give me a loan, but Travis went above and beyond searching every available option in order to get me into the car I love. I especially appreciated his low pressure approach to offering up additional warranty coverage. There were no hiccups or unexpected fees and everything was presented in an honest and forthcoming way. Travis along with Denett made my car purchasing experience one that went as smooth as velvet, (which is hard to say about a lot of dealerships out there), which is why if I ever buy another vehicle in Cheyenne it will be from Spradley Barr Motors, Inc.
