The car we chose had a broken windshield from someone driving by on the frontage road and it was fixed and ready to go when we were. My husband and I comment frequently that buying this car was one of the best decisions we have made. The good gas mileage has save us quite a bit of money, even making up for the payment compared to the mileage we were getting on the Jeep Liberty we traded in. We gave up the 4 wd but are very happy. I would rather submit a survey by snail mail. I'm having a lot of trouble with this format and I use a computer daily. More
Excellent Customer Service Rob Howe was my original sales associate but had the day off when I picked up my car. However, he made arrangements for Mike Smith to assist me - Rob stayed in contact with me the entire time so I didn't feel abandoned. I was very impressed with both sales associates. I appreciated the time Mike Smith took to explain every little detail of my new Highlander to me. Mike took the time to go over everything, answered all my questions, set-up my entune, explained the different driving operations, etc. Mike provided me with the best customer service I have every received. I know I will have plenty of questions after owning the vehicle for a few weeks - I will not hesitate to stop by Spradley Toyota for assistance knowing that either Rob or Mike would be happy to assist me with my questions. More

A Pretty Bad Experience This was my first time as a customer at Spradley Barr, and my experience at this dealership left a lot to be desired. Here is what happened: I call This was my first time as a customer at Spradley Barr, and my experience at this dealership left a lot to be desired. Here is what happened: I call the service department one morning to schedule an appointment, and reached a voicemail. Later that day I call again, and leave a voice mail stating that I need a call back in order to schedule my car for routine maintenance. Two days later, I still have not received a call back. I go online to see if there is a way to schedule an appointment, and luckily there is. I get the confirmation e-mail stating my date and time, and arrive on time the day of my appointment. When I told the service employee at the counter (Michael), that I had a 9:30 appointment he informed me that there would be a two hour wait. The rest of the scene plays out like this: Michael: Yeah we have several cars in line right now so it's going to be a few hours. Me: Then what's the point of scheduling an appointment online? Michael: We don't take online appointments Me: Uh...I'll be right back then *I go out to my car to get my phone and return with the confirmation e-mail* *I show my confirmation e-mail, confusion ensues, calls over other employee (possibly manager), both act pissed* Michael *annoyed*: Uh... yeah...ok I guess we can squeeze you in. No, "sorry, about the mix up" or anything along those lines, just a guy looking at me like my existence just ruined his day. Anyway long story short, I got my car serviced, but it was like pulling teeth. What kind of customer service oriented business acts like it's doing you this HUGE favor when it was the one that screwed up (multiple times in this case)? I shouldn't have to beg you to do your job. So the only thing that saved the day is that the guy that actually did the servicing of the car was very friendly (dark complected, neck tattoos), as was the guy that delivered it to me. Apparently the "backroom employees" have better customer service skills than the front desk. More

I was so impressed with the friendliness, expertise and no pressure sales attitude of Rob Howe that I chose to buy my truck there. They had exactly the model and color I was looking for. At the time we chose to make our purchase we were in So. Calif. He was right on top of all our questions, and handled the paperwork back and forth effortlessly. When we arrived in Cheyenne our new F-150 was ready and waiting for us. With all the paperwork already done all we had to do was the walk around checkout and drive our new truck off the lot. It takes forever, the haggling, and just not always feeling like we got the deal right for us. But, our recent experience buying at Spradley Barr was actually very pleasant, easy, fast and even fun. From our sales reps, Cristin and Sam to the finance experts Steve and Rob, everyone was informative, respectful, friendly, and just plain fun to talk to. We went to Spradley first because they had a vehicle we were interested in but secondly because of their reputation of being extremely community oriented and supportative which is very important to our FFA and 4H family. So, Thank You Spradley Barr for making the purchase of our King Ranch Expedition a very pleasant experience! We'll be back! More

He not only helped me find a safe care that fit my needs but when it was put to the test in an unfortunate accident, everything he said was true. I decided to work with Rex again after my accident to find another car because I knew he would take the time to find me the car I was looking for and sure enough he did. Since then, I have referred my family members and friends who have also worked with Rex and have had the same pleasant experience that I had. I will continue to recommend Rex to my friends and family that need or want new cars because I know the service Rex provides is beyond outstanding.
