Rex's work turned my day around! It could have been a ruined weekend, but Rex made it an outstanding weekend. My small SUV was damaged and had to be towed to Spradley. However my husband found the truck he has wanted at Spradley Barr yesterday. He has waited 5 years to purchase one so this was very important to him. Rex Rabou greeted him and it was uphill from then on. Not only did he restore my faith in honesty within this dealership..(.as i had had an unpleasant experience in the past...years ago,) but he and Rob Elder (finance mgr) made my husbands dream materialize!. Not only did they make the price work within our budget but he went above and beyond to make our buying experience a great one! Rex is the best when it comes to his personable and honest ,straight up , way of handling what we all know as a stressful ordeal .I must say, i have purchased many cars in my lifetime and i have never had an absolutely positive , down to earth experience as we did with Rex.His compassion and understanding of your situation is so helpful and I can truly say that, when its time to purchase another vehicle, we will definately return to Spradley to see Rex. My husband had looked at possible vehicles for me earlier in the week and when we walked into the showroom, he was greeted by name and the sales staff warmly welcomed me. They arranged for a test drive almost immediately, and never neglected us, offering beverage, chatting with us, but NOT pushy AT ALL. Service center I am relatively new to Cheyenne and with my new ford and extended warranty, I have to take my vehicle to ford. I only have one ford dealership in town I am relatively new to Cheyenne and with my new ford and extended warranty, I have to take my vehicle to ford. I only have one ford dealership in town so I went to spradley. I have only gone in 3 times and each time something is wrong and I have to go back. The last time I went in I had a huge door ding. I knew with no one saying anything to me I was simply out of luck. I recently went to discount tire and they told me of a tech leaving a car in neutral and it rolled close to my vehicle. They told me of the situation and simply wanted me to inspect (nothing damaged) but wow! They earned a client for life. I recently called Scott Rudolphi the service mgr at spradley to discuss that, every time I came in something went wrong and that is why it has been so long since I was in. He was like talking to a pole he knew he had to listen but he did not care less about my concerns. I had to cancel the appt. he set up for me about three weeks ago. I have a recall on my vehicle and I need it looked at. I have left Kurt at least 4 messages in the last 3 weeks and no call back. I called Scott today to let him know, it's like he knows, they don't call back but that there is nothing he can or will do about it. The customers will get solved soon we will just stop calling (we want to make your job easier) I asked Scott today if we could tell me if the repairs I needed were covered. He told me he was not at a place he could look and I just had to come in… if I told one of my customers I couldn't look something up because I was not at a computer and it got back to my District Manager I would be fired! I called the ford dealership in wheatland and the service man took my vin and gave me all the info. He said about the leather stitching on my drivers side coming apart we could try sending Pics to ford and see if they will cover. Scott simply said "NOT COVERED SORRY" and he didn't need a computer for him to know that. I stated to Scott that I love my $50,000 explorer but the service side at Ford is forcing me to look at other manufacturers. He said its like this at Toyota Honda etc. Well I guess I'll take my chance. I know if I lose a $20 dollar customer I'm concerned, let alone a $50,000 customer. I stated to Scott I didn't want to have to drive out of town tomget my car serviced and didn't think I should have to. He said we want to help you but it's up to you. He didn't care. So Scott I know you said you don't have a boss and the buck stops at you, so hopefully you loose enough customers for your dealership that we make your job easier and make it so your reps can return phone calls. Nicole was someone I spoke to last and she listened to my concerns she seemed to care and I appreciated that she said she would give my concerns to Mike Irving but I'm not holding my breath of him doing anything. Rex was sympathetic and honest, and went to great lengths to get me in the Fusion I liked. My payment and interest rate greatly decreased, and spent half the time it took to purchase in the past. I am extremely happy with my 2012 Ford Fusion and I hope that Rex Rabou stays at Spradley Barr for our next purchase. Ask for Rex, you won't be disappointed! More
