Customer Service I recently leased a Toyota Prius from Spradley Barr and the whole experience was a good one. But the service did not stop there. On Saturday morning I recently leased a Toyota Prius from Spradley Barr and the whole experience was a good one. But the service did not stop there. On Saturday mornings, you can go in for one-on-one instruction on how to work the electronics such as voice commands, how to show displays on the screen, set up controls. I had about a 45 minute help on the basics of working with the displays on the computerized settings and it was a really big help. Once again, the staff is eager to please and they are really interested in good customer relations. I highly recommend Bob Mormon, who helped me and who has worked with me in the past. You can't go wrong with Spradley Barr. More

They dealt with me in a professional manner and with great respect and courtesy. They were very helpful in getting me to the point I wanted to be. I highly recommend Mr. John Austin, with whom I worked, and after the sale he went over all of the controls in the car with me, which I greatly appreciated. I have never had anyone spend so much time with me to make sure I understood the basics of the car. Spencer Gordon was very helpful in explaining how a lease works and helping me get the coverage I needed. And Travis Brown, the finance manager really helped me decide what they could do for me to get where i needed to be from the financial end of it. I must also say that the service department is absolutely tops and I would never take my car anywhere else for the quality of service they provide. Outstanding Experience No one likes the car buying process. This was an exception. Dwight (sales) was respectful and personable, very low pressure. Mike (manager) went out of his way, and was fair and honest. Spencer (finance) not only closed out the deal quickly, but he worked to get me a better rate than I'd been approved for. They didn't budge much on the original sale price (it was a good price to begin with), but they did give me more than I was expecting on my trade. One thing I was dreading, that didn't happen here: during the close-out, I'd get pelted with a bunch of nickel-and-dime extras. In fact, they agreed to go over-and-above our original agreement! People in Cheyenne tend to think they'll always get a better deal in Colorado. After buying in Brighton, Denver, and Cheyenne, I can attest that based on the overall process, the integrity, and the fairness...the folks at Spradley Barr win hands down. Sure, if you like haggling over undercoatings and iffy extended warranties just to (maybe) save a grand or two, then you might prefer the CO dealers. More

Zack offered me help with deciding on what I needed to have serviced with my Lincoln Towncar - He made sure that my oil change alert on my dash was reset, that my oil change was propertly completed and that a through inspection was done. He sat down with me and gave me a thorough feedback on the inspection results. I was very satisfied with the excellent service Zack gave me.
