Love the stock response! You didn't even address the issues. Sad day when you condone the abuse of position you allow your employee to use. How do you expect to regain my trust when your general manager never followed through with his promise and I never received the apology I was entitled too. I will never use this dealership unless I have no choice. Three strikes and you are out. I am sure glad that Seth and his wife know how to scam the system and post more false reviews that benefit him, too bad you can't see that.
