Bought my Camry new in CO, live in NE and use Spradley Barr Cheyenne to service my vehicle. Neighbor's tree fell on my hood, drove to Cheyenne experienced horrible noise in the engine. Called and they wer Barr Cheyenne to service my vehicle. Neighbor's tree fell on my hood, drove to Cheyenne experienced horrible noise in the engine. Called and they were able to get me in as soon as I could get there. The Toyota shop was under construction so they accommodated me in the Hyundai service center. This was a WOW experience because they were busy, there were several people in buying cars. John Hoff took amazing care of us to get my friend and I in and out, while explaining the issue (minor- quick fix). This is the type of service I expect as someone who purchased my car new from a dealer. However not all dealers have given this level of service, which is disappointing. I feel valued by the service team when I come in and they always take the time to explain what's going on when they inspect and work on my vehicle. Thanks John for squeezing us in and not making us feel like an inconvenience. I really needed to know that my car was safe to drive home back to NE. More

Excellent experience. It was a no pressure from Thomas and it might have been the fastest transaction ever. The dealership has kept in good, yet not overbearing communication. Bait-and-switch tactics, poor customer service This is a dishonest dealership with tremendously poor customer service. I purchased a 2020 Tundra and when I made the deal, I signed the sheet say This is a dishonest dealership with tremendously poor customer service. I purchased a 2020 Tundra and when I made the deal, I signed the sheet saying that the sales tax would be included in the loan. It was not. The dealership said they would modify the loan - which I was told could be done no problem - and came back and said, well, no we can't. The sales manager actually said, "Hey, it's not our problem, it's your problem." Buyer beware. This is what you'll get with a Spradley Barr deal. And when I spoke with the GM, he said basically that yes, it was a mistake, but not one they were willing to fix. And was rude about it. Condescending, even. Want a Toyota in southeast Wyoming? There are other, better options than this dealership. Completely unprofessional. More

The rudest dealership I have ever dealt with! Try to setup a time to bring my vehicle in and could not give me a time. "It might be 2 or 3 hours, can't really tell you. How does this dealership stay in business?! Brought my vehicle in before and needed them to install spark plugs. They stated they could not install them because they weren't Ford recommended. They were Autolite spark plugs listed in the owners manual! You are right, Fort Collins Ford dealership (or anyone else for that matter) are better. At least they know the meaning of customer service! More
