Ridiculously HELPFUL!! I was headed back to Colorado from North Dakota and got a shudder and check engine light on the north side of Cheyenne. Limped the few miles to the service center, where Curtis Higgins and Josh McGurn went so far beyond expectations to get my car in and diagnose my problem quickly that I'm still not sure I believe it. Kinda makes me wish I lived in Cheyenne for future issues, and may just make the drive anyway. Kudos guys! More
