Just years later, they were able to help me buy a brand new car! It was amazing to go from this completely defeated young woman with no options to buying a brand new car. Denett helped a lot in making sure that the vehicle we chose, the third time around, was exactly the car I wanted, and Spencer Gordon was really the magic in the mix. Great custome rservice in the Ford services dept. We were in for a (what we thought was an emergency) service at the Ford Dealership on 7-27-17 and was treated with the best customer service! They listened to our issue and got us in Immediately and checked out our vehicle, they then came and explained EVERYHING to us. The gentleman at the front even helped me with my coffee while we waited. I probably only got a few of the names but, Jason, Curtis, Mike and Josh were so great. We were in and out in 1 hr!! Everyone was so professional just wonderful. Keep up the good work you guys I wish we had you in Grand Island, NE where we are from. We made appointment at that time for additional training on the filling Tuesday. We had a lot of questions and Nick satisfied our needs. Before we left, Nick told us that he would be available for additional training as needed. That was a great feeling that your people conceded to us. One of my best dealership experiences I was returning a leased Hyundai and coming from Nebraska without an appointment. The used car sales manager, Steve helped us immediately. I had some concerns and anxiety about returning my car and was not purchasing another car. Steve handled my situation getting me info and guidance as to what I needed, treating me like I was a 'regular' customer and as if I was purchasing another car. Steve also referred me to an outside source who was also very helpful, friendly and professional. As stated I was not purchasing another vehicle at this time, but because Steve and everyone else that I came in contact with at this dealership and their body shop were sooo help and so nice, relieving all my anxiety. When I am ready in the future to buy another vehicle I WILL go to Spradley Barr Motors. Thanks so much to all that helped More
