No Pressure Brandon did not try to up-sale me to a package that would not be worth it for me. Answered all my questions. He listen to what my main concerns were (hauling around my large breed black dogs) and showed me options that would work best for me. Brandon also let me know about options that could be added at a later date through the service department, such as remote start. Paperwork went quick and Steven explained everything well. Gave me time to call my personal bank for advise as this was my first time buying a new car. Kept the car parked out of the elements for me overnight because it was more convenient for me to pick it up the next afternoon. More
vacation emergency Coming from out of state, it is not a great day when your check engine light comes on. We went to the dealer and they determined that it was a fuel s Coming from out of state, it is not a great day when your check engine light comes on. We went to the dealer and they determined that it was a fuel sensor reading. During the next several days, we had contact with Justin, who kept us apprised with the trucks progress. Thank you, Justin! The only reason I gave 4/5 is that I think all service centers should be aware that out of state, unplanned emergencies need to be dealt with in a timely manner. Sitting in the waiting room on the day we picked up the truck, we heard a conversation when a mechanic was told not to come in. Knowing that the sensor probably took less than a half hour, and knowing mechanics go by the book of how long something takes, someone like this could have been called in and the dealer would still have made money. Overall, Justin made it a good experience. More
