Miguel brought the pickup by my work the next day with some answers to a few remaining questions. Able to get the deal done with Miguel and Steven's help that evening. While visiting family in Wyominng our Ford F150 died on the interstate 10 miles north of Cheyenne. A call to Curtis at Spradley Barr demonstrated service and knowledge right from the start. He had a good idea of what the problem might be and said if we could get the pickup towed to them they would put it on the computer the next day. The problem was just what Curtis expected and it was repaired the next morning. That allowed us to keep a very important appointment with grandchildren in Montana. The willingness just to look at the pickup so quickly is rare and unexpected. We were even able to schedule in an oil change at such short notice. We have driven Fords for many years now in different parts of the country and this is the best service we have ever experienced. Cheyenne is fortunate to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable service team. More
