The salesman was efficient in helping us define our wants and needs. He wasn't overbearing nor insistent about any part of the purchase. Spencer was very helpful in arranging the best interest and helpful in arranging the specific warranty we needed for our new car. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Spradley, as we have enjoyed the thoughtfulness of the employees. Kevin was interested and helped in the ordering of the car of our choice and called immediately when it was delivered. He kept us informed and was great to work with. Check Engine Light I was coming into Cheyenne Wy on my way to North Dakota when I got a check engine light, I immediately called Spradley Barr Ford service department an I was coming into Cheyenne Wy on my way to North Dakota when I got a check engine light, I immediately called Spradley Barr Ford service department and was very lucky they were open till 4pm on a Saturday. After a very short wait they fixed the issue with the MAF (Master Air Flow) Sensor and I was back on my way. Excellent service department!!!! More

Service Department The Service Department does not answer calls and does not respond to messages timely. I tired to get an update on my vehicle for 3 days with no resp The Service Department does not answer calls and does not respond to messages timely. I tired to get an update on my vehicle for 3 days with no response. After driving to the shop, I was told, "I just retrieved my messages." While I did receive an apology, I find this level of service discouraging. When looking for a new vehicle, I was reluctant to buy from this Dealership because a year ago, Hyundai was not interested in my business but we bought a new Edge anyway. I am very disappointed that this Dealership does not treat me as valued customer. I have choices where to take my business and it won't be Spradley Barr Cheyenne in the future. More

Happy customers..again! Yesterday, I called Spradley to set up a test drive and Kevin Harris answered the phone and asked if I could come in that night since there was still Yesterday, I called Spradley to set up a test drive and Kevin Harris answered the phone and asked if I could come in that night since there was still an hour before closing. I was there in 10 minutes and the car was already out front and started. John Spradlin met us and talked about what we are looking for, why we are looking and how this car fit our needs. We took it on a drive and both myself and my husband drove and he was not pushy or rushing us. We decided to purchase the vehicle and they stayed late and got all our paperwork done so we could take the vehicle home that night. We came back the next day and met with Spencer to sign all our papers for the bank. Spencer was quick and thorough. He explained everything but still got us out in time for me to get back to work on my lunch hour. We will only ever use and recommend Spradley Barr! More

Unexpected Purchase Nick did an excellent job in helping us with no pressure. In August we looked at vehicles with Nick and it didn't work out for us to purchase one at Nick did an excellent job in helping us with no pressure. In August we looked at vehicles with Nick and it didn't work out for us to purchase one at that time. While in town purchasing the Tundra tires Nick passed by the service department and saw us sitting there and visited. During the visit we said we would be back in December or the first o the year to look again at purchasing a vehicle. We said we were also considering a low mileage, pre-owned certified RAV-4 too. Nick smiled and the rest is history; we purchased one the next day. Nick is very knowledgeable regarding Toyota products. He made sure we knew how to use all accessories and features on the RAV-4 before leaving the dealership. Toyota should be pleased to have him as an employee. Rich & Elaine Rund More
