Took my 2017 Ford Escape in had the transmission replaced. The service personnel were very outstanding in all areas. From the service counter to the mechanics. Went to this dealership on June 11th 2021 and bought a truck that I was assured by the salesmen Michael that it had no accidents and payed quite a bit for it… just a few days ago I find out that it did ha truck that I was assured by the salesmen Michael that it had no accidents and payed quite a bit for it… just a few days ago I find out that it did have an accident a couple weeks before I bought it and that the accident was reported when the truck had 97888 miles on it anyone want to guess how many it had on it when I bought that’s right 97888 cars take a major hit to their value usually 30% I payed 42 something for this truck and did not get what I paid for am currently looking for a civil attorney to go after this as fraud/ misrepresentation…… I would recommend seeking a new car elsewhere the dealer when contacted told me they changed there name and weren’t responsible so lawyer time I guess More
Went and bought a car today, and the sales person, Dwight, was super professional and very kind. He met all my needs and requests, in a timely manner! However, the person who went over our loan with us was awful! His name was Cole Kline. He made me feel like an idiot when I told him I did not want gap coverage and he told me that “I feel really bad for you for not getting this coverage.” And also said, “if you leave this dealership and your car splits right and half would you own both parts?” I kept telling him over and over that I did not want the GAP coverage to which he kept making me feel like an idiot and was just completely rude to me. He ended up basically forcing the coverage on me, making me feel like I had no other choice. I had higher expectations for this, and he did not meet a single one. If you go here, and get Cole, please ask for someone else, or don’t even do business there! I will never do business there again! My car was also supposed to be detailed and it never was, it looks absolutely gross inside. Absolutely disappointed. More
Oliver Robinson has been our salesman for our last two Rav 4s. We will never go to another salesman. He was accommodating & knowledgeable working for Spradley/Barr and Ken Garff. Spoke with Brandie Bryant about buying a car today. Got the spec sheet and was waiting for them to email me the out the door price. We called and called. They kept giving us the run around. Really great customer service. My salesman (Nick) was super-knowledgeable about the Prius I was buying and supported the amount I needed for my trade-in. I chose to use the contactless purchase meaning the entire sales experience was at my home! It was amazing. There was no problem about my choice to finance through my credit union, Nick brought the car to me at my home, explained all the hybrid and safety features, and took the trade-in back to the dealership. It was a very smooth purchase and I love my new car! Since purchasing, I've brought my car in for oil changes and been pleased with the service department as well. More
Kline our Salesperson and Cristin our finance person were awesome! There was no pressure to buy. Kline listened to all of our needs and wants and helped us find the perfect car. They just want to make as much money from you as possible. They wont sell you a vehicle if you dont use their finance. They wont sell vehicles to anyone who is not white.
