We were given a diagnoses from those technicians that would have cost us thousands of dollars, had we not taken it to another ford dealer and found out through a real diagnosis what was truly wrong. I believe thats the same type of diagnosis they gave us when they told us 6 injectors went out at 1 time. I do not believe they do any real diagnosing at this location. The mechanic at the ford dealership i have it at has 20 years experience and can actually explain what they have done or going to do. Spradley Barr just takes your money and cant explain how they came to a diagnosis. They took my $3200 for the injectors let my husband drive off. 3 starts later his truck dies. They tell him its a part that we asked to have looked at during the last fix. Did they look at it? They said No they didnt need to because it was the injectors. They actually told him that since he left the lot with the truck running it wasnt there problem. I could go on about how bad of service we received but, im sure everyone gets my point.
