Fraud When I first went to buy a van I offered $2000 + a civic as down payment. They only offered me $1000 for the Civic so I declined and offered to just p When I first went to buy a van I offered $2000 + a civic as down payment. They only offered me $1000 for the Civic so I declined and offered to just put $3000 down and keep my civic. They agreed I signed everything and went home thinking I owned the van. The bank apparently turned down that offer wanting the car more than the cash... Why would the bank care about the trade in?.... The dealer called me to tell me I have two options put another $5000 down or pretend I traded in the car, let him make a fake bill of sale saying I then re-bought the same car to fool the bank into thinking we did a trade in. I am not going to commit fraud to fix their error. Another issue is I drove to Florida to drop the van off to be converted onto a camper van. I was going to fly home and leave it in Florida for a few months while the work was completed. I had no intention of driving it anytime soon. As a disabled combat veteran I am on a fixed income and cannot just drive an extra trip across country to fix the mistakes of a company with millions of dollars. Now they want me to pay out of pocket to drive it back and return it to correct the mistake they made and then tried to cover with fraud. Disgusting dealership. More

Totally easy to deal with Troy and his team remotely as well as in the dealership when I came in to finalize paperwork and pick up my truck. All of the staff at the dealership are extremely helpful and professional. They made a great deal for me and really went out of the way to ensure I was happy with my truck and the overall transaction. I highly recommend this dealership and I will look to them for my future vehicle needs. More

Gave me some very good advice about preventive maintenance that is NOT in the Owner's Manual. The schedule in the manual used to be gospel in years past but not any more. Did my research to back up their recommendations and they are absolutely correct. Now that's taking care of their customer. More

When I returned I was told they just forgot about the truck because they were busy and put others in front of it. No apology and didn't seem to care about the mistake. I will never return for anything & will be using Loveland Ford from here on. Mr. Ervin, I reviewed you also since I left two messages with your dealership to have you contact me over the past month & several more with the service department. This could have been handled the day I was at the dealership but not one person stepped up and took responsibility for what happened or tried to make it right. I have heard customers waiting for there vehicle at the store say the same thing "1-3 hour non quick lane". Look on line and many customers seem to have the same problem with service. It is good that your business is busy and that customer service is not the most important thing with your business because you have more customers waiting. I will not be returning and have taken my business to Loveland. More
