I would recommened this dealership but only if you work with the right people. My first visit was terrible that was with salesman Ricky he was a rude man and did not want to work with me, so i walked off t with the right people. Well my husband was head over heels for a truck there so we got a hold of the top boss and was placed with Elya Hull who was very nice understanding and worked with us. I mean after all if you cant work with customers why even work as a salesman!!!!! So if your looking there make sure you get a good salesman and NOT RICKY!!!!!!!! More

The salesman was very nice the problems I had were when getting ready for a test drive we waited 40 min for them to get gas in vehicle and left not sure if I would go back for the test drive after waiting getting ready for a test drive we waited 40 min for them to get gas in vehicle and left not sure if I would go back for the test drive after waiting so long and still no gas. We did go back though and after buying the vehicle I got in the truck and it had 1/4 tank of gas. This is the first time in 44 years of buying a vehicle that the tank was not full when I drove out of the lot. Over all it was good just disapointed with the wait for gas then have to fill up to get home due to I live a hour away from Greeley More

Had a very pleasant experience purchasing a truck. Never felt I had to "protect" my interests. A lot of communication from beginning to end from all people involved. I contacted Jason after I had received an email about the super deals on trucks at this time. I looked on line saw this truck, inquired about it after noting it was in Greeley. We went in to look at it, drove it liked it a lot. Jason had set us up with Elya when we arrived. My husband & I had just got off work, he was tired, hungry and irritable. Elya was such a sweetheart and kept the mood light and friendly. She was patient and understanding, knowing he was tired of sitting and waiting while all of the details were being worked out. We actually returned on Saturday to finish the negotiations and signing. I feel we received service, understanding and VERY hard work to make everything acceptable on the down payment and the payments. It is a gorgeous truck with very low miles, that we hope to do a lot of traveling pulling our 5th wheel. I realize this is lengthy, but I do want to express how wonderful we were treated. I highly recommend Elya. She is knowledgeable, friendly and will work hard to get you the best deal she can. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Spradley Barr Ford in Fort Collins.
