Elya Hull was fantastic in helping me trade for this vehicle and has given continued support to assure that from Spradley Barr dealership in Greeley. Elya Hull was fantastic in helping me trade for this vehicle and has given continued support to assure that I am satisfied with my purchase. The whole process was quick, professional and Greg in finance was super as well in securing the loan. I also ordered accessories through the dealership and that was quick and smooth as well. Spardley Barr is an excellent dealership and the people are very helpful and friendly. Leland J Pierce More
I was very pleased with the salesmanship Elya Hull presented. We have been to this car dealership several times and were less than impressed with the customer service. We weren't expecting much when w presented. We have been to this car dealership several times and were less than impressed with the customer service. We weren't expecting much when we stopped by, but we had been to the Ford displays at the Boulder Creek Festival and were impressed by the line up. So we decided to check them out. Elya came out as soon as we arrived she was knowledgeable and professional, she was also very patient. If we were to purchase again we would seek her out. Thanks More
I am not in the habit of writing reviews but felt compelled to do so in this instance as I have read the reviews written by other folks who, for the most part, seem to have had a wonderful experience compelled to do so in this instance as I have read the reviews written by other folks who, for the most part, seem to have had a wonderful experience with Spradley Barr and it made me wonder what went wrong with mine? This was the first time in my 50+ years that I have had to go car shopping on my own. In the past, there has always been a man to deal with the salespeople and look out for my best interests and to make sure I ended up with a safe vehicle to drive. It was humbling to have to explain to the sales associate, David, that I am poor; my current vehicle, though well maintained, is falling apart around me and I need to find another vehicle in a hurry. I explained that I only had $2,000 to spend and that I could not afford to make payments. He asked me to wait while he went to check with someone and came back with some keys stating that they had three vehicles that they could probably get pretty close to my price. I was ecstatic! I would have been surprised to find out that they had one--but three? I asked to see the carfax on the vehicles on three occasions hoping to weed out one or two of the vehicles before the test drive and each time it was as if my request had fallen on deaf ears. When I insisted, David went off and came back and was told to tell me that all three had two or three previous owners and no accidents but there was no report for me to look at. I took each of the three vehicles out for a test drive and picked the one that I thought would be best suited for my needs. David went off and returned with a figure of $5649. I stared at him incredulously--how was that anywhere close to the $2,000 I said I could spend? I told him "no" and was preparing to leave when he stopped me and asked me to wait while he did some further investigating. He came back a short time later and said there was one vehicle on their lot that would probably be in line with what I was wanting. Again I asked to see the carfax and again that request was ignored. I told David I was not even going to bother looking at the vehicle until he showed me a price so he went off again. This time the price was much closer to what I was looking for, but he would not even show me the number before I had to listen to how they were forced to have to take the car in on trade and had to put a lot of money into it to fix it up so they could resell it. I really wanted to tell him at that point to keep the car because it was sounding like they needed it a whole lot more than I did. We headed out to view a Ford Expedition. I got in the car and tried to start it but the battery was dead. It was a brand new battery (I checked myself) so David went off to find a charger. Then he couldn't get the hood open so he went off to find someone who could (I did it.). Another person came over and said he was taking David's place as David had been pulled aside to assist with another customer. I got back in the vehicle and reached over to close the car door and the whole assembly came off. It had previously been broken off but apparently got missed in the 150-point safety check. Some things showed up in the test drive that made me realize that if I bought that car I would have to immediately shell out a large amount of money to fix it. When he walked back into the building I was planning on walking right out the way I came in but I was stopped so I could meet Justin--the last ditch effort to get me to buy something. I had already been at the dealership for three hours by this time and was anxious to move on. Justin was trying every tactic to keep me there including slamming a former co-worker who (as Justin stated) was a good-for-nothing lazy bum. I was stunned, to say the least. After listening to a few more of Justin's off-handed comments, I finally turned around and walked out the door. I felt embarrassed when I walked in because of my financial situation but felt embarrassed when I walked out because of the way I had been treated. I keep rolling the whole experience around in my mind wondering what was wrong with me. Was I wearing a sign on my forehead that said "stupid", "dumb", "easy", etc.? This is definitely a place I will be telling my friends to avoid. More
Our experience at Spradley Barr Ford of Greeley was extremely positive. Our sales consultant, Elya Hull, and the general sales manager Mark Morrison both far exceeded our expectations with the search extremely positive. Our sales consultant, Elya Hull, and the general sales manager Mark Morrison both far exceeded our expectations with the search and sales process for the purchase of our new 2013 Ford F150 pickup. Having had very negative experiences at Spradley Barr in Fort Collins in the past, we were somewhat hesitant to go to Spradley Barr Ford of Greeley, but wanted to look at new 2013 Ford F150 pickups as we needed to make a purchase in somewhat of a short time span. The attention, courteousness, friendliness of both Elya and Mark (and the rest of the staff we had contact with) were most impressive. They did everything we asked to locate the truck which we wanted. The sales process was completed in a quick and efficient manner. We would suggest follow-up "workshops" to learn about all of the new technology which is now part of these vehicles. For those of us "technology-challenged" just reading about SNYC and some of the other things, with a demonstration upon delivery, is not enough. The "older-than-60" group needs more hands-on instruction! We would highly recommend Spradley Barr Ford of Greeley, and especially Elya Hull, to any prospective buyer. More

At that point he introduced us to Elya who was absolutely pheno manager. He visited with us at some length to be sure what would best suit our needs. At that point he introduced us to Elya who was absolutely phenomenal in her assistance to us. She made sure all our auto needs were met. She and Mark took our information to Greg in the finance department and they all made it happen so that we could lease a new Ford Fiesta. We were thrilled with the way we were treated and with the dealership and their members. We would certainly recommend the dealership to anyone who is in the market for an automobile. More

This dealership actively practices Yo-Yo financing which is against the law in Colorado. They sell you a car, write up the paper work and send you home with that car. A few days later they call you and tell is against the law in Colorado. They sell you a car, write up the paper work and send you home with that car. A few days later they call you and tell you that the financing was not in place and that you have to come in and re- work the deal and of course at a higher price. They tell you if you don’t want to pay more, or return the vehicle. THIS ILLEGAL. Don’t fall for their trap!!!! Do not buy a car from this dealership, they are law breaking crooks They also will inform you that your trade in vehicle is not worth anything so they give you practically nothing for it and then they turn around and sell it for $5800.00 more than they paid you. If you owe money on your trade in... Be careful theywill take their time paying it off and they will ruin your credit !!!!!! More
I give my overall rating of 4(good). Felipe was a professional and friendly sales man. My only suggestion would be this. The printed out internet information should include driving directions to the professional and friendly sales man. My only suggestion would be this.
