I recently had my vehicle in for service work. (My check engine light came on and I needed an oil change). The customer service was wonderful! The dealership has a great lounge with a comfy couch and big screen, which is nothing compared to the adorable full functioning diner they've added. I was able to get a drink and some lunch while I waited. As soon as my vehicle was ready they walked me through all the work they did, and even topped off my fluids. I was escorted to my car and sent on my way with ease! I would highly recommend their dealership and service department to everyone! More

My elderly parents went to Spradley Barr in Greeley to purchase an Escape. They were upsold a model with too much technology. After a few days called Spradley Barr to ask for a more basic model with lea purchase an Escape. They were upsold a model with too much technology. After a few days called Spradley Barr to ask for a more basic model with leather seats. Spradley acknowledged they had an Escape with that description. The second Escape was delivered to my parents and the paperwork was left. After looking over the deal my Dad/Brother realized the 2nd Escape was $10,000 less than the first Escape and Spradley didn't refund the difference. My parents drove the first Escape less than 100 miles and the 2nd Escape had more miles than the 1st Escape anyway. I do not trust this dealership and would not recomend them to anyone. More
