Went to Spradley Barr of Greeley on Black Friday 2013. We bought a beautiful Ford F150 2005. We were promised that with the used vehicle sale they would do a FULL VEHICLE SAFTEY INSPECTION. We advised them t bought a beautiful Ford F150 2005. We were promised that with the used vehicle sale they would do a FULL VEHICLE SAFTEY INSPECTION. We advised them to please be careful to look at the front brakes and fix them if needed as my husband and father-in-law could tell they were spongy and starting to go out. We were advised that they would do that and that all used vehicles go through a full SAFTEY inspection. December 26, 2013 we wanted to leave town for a trip in our beautiful new truck. We took it to get our new tires put on that morning at our local tire/mechanic shop. While it was there and they had it up this local shop called us three different times to inform us that they found several issues with brakes. After new calipers, pads, rotars and & $1100 later Ford denies, lies, and refuses to take responsibility. They have accused the other place of ripping us off and Mr. Morrison was rude, angry, confrontational, and uncaring toward me. I was advised that since I didn't have the old parts (who keeps those?) they would do nothing. Safety should be first priority! Go somewhere where it is please, for your family's sake! More

Jim Chaitovitz is the best salesman I've ever dealt with, he was not only helpful in the buying process but went out of his way to make sure we got the vehicle we expected and had a good time while we were in Colorado. If I'm ever in the market for a new Ford or if they get another used vehicle in that I'm interested in, Jim will get my business. My overall experience with this dealership was a positive one. I felt that they gave me a fair price for my trade and the truck I bought was priced right. They try to make the purchase process enjoyable and the showroom area of the building is very nice, a place you wouldn't mind hanging out in for awhile. More

I took my Escape in because I had a light on my dash come on. I called in an got a scheduled appointment right away. When I took my car in everyone was very friendly and helpful. I thought my light had somet on. I called in an got a scheduled appointment right away. When I took my car in everyone was very friendly and helpful. I thought my light had something to do with my brakes and it turns out it was just tire pressure. They fixed my tire pressure and topped off my brake fluids. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Chris was very helpful! He did a really great job! I would really recommend this service center to everyone!! More
