I took my Escape in because I had a light on my dash come on. I called in an got a scheduled appointment right away. When I took my car in everyone was very friendly and helpful. I thought my light had something to do with my brakes and it turns out it was just tire pressure. They fixed my tire pressure and topped off my brake fluids. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. I recently had my vehicle in for service work. (My check engine light came on and I needed an oil change). The customer service was wonderful! The dealership has a great lounge with a comfy couch and big screen, which is nothing compared to the adorable full functioning diner they've added. I was able to get a drink and some lunch while I waited. As soon as my vehicle was ready they walked me through all the work they did, and even topped off my fluids. I was escorted to my car and sent on my way with ease! I would highly recommend their dealership and service department to everyone! More

My elderly parents went to Spradley Barr in Greeley to purchase an Escape. They were upsold a model with too much technology. After a few days called Spradley Barr to ask for a more basic model with lea purchase an Escape. They were upsold a model with too much technology. After a few days called Spradley Barr to ask for a more basic model with leather seats. Spradley acknowledged they had an Escape with that description. The second Escape was delivered to my parents and the paperwork was left. After looking over the deal my Dad/Brother realized the 2nd Escape was $10,000 less than the first Escape and Spradley didn't refund the difference. My parents drove the first Escape less than 100 miles and the 2nd Escape had more miles than the 1st Escape anyway. I do not trust this dealership and would not recomend them to anyone. More

They were fair in their pricing and the service department made sure to keep in touch with me on every move they did! No surprises! We went in looking at a used ford and they suggested another car that had all the things we were looking for and it wasn't a ford! They did not worry about selling their brand of car they wanted to fit our wants list to a car that fit us.
