Todd L has done nothing but avoid me like the plague and threatening legal action against me if i didn't do something fro them (sign a POA they LOST) . The only contact i have had with Mark C is himself defending the dealerships name with the BBB. More

In late September of 2013 they delivered our F-250 fifty miles from the dealership in the aftermath of the worst flooding in 250 years in Northern Colorado. Knowing we had been stranded at our home in the mountains and only had one day to get out to pick up our trailer and our truck, they met us at the trailer dealer in Lakewood and delivered the truck to us, saving us 6 hours of drive time. I will never forget how well we were treated, and how Todd and Rachel took such a personal interest in our predicament and did whatever was necessary for our benefit. I wouldn't just recommend Spradley/Barr Ford of Greeley to friends, I would drive them there myself… and I have. These folks deserve Ford's highest dealership honors. A few months ago a close friend was looking for a used truck. I immediately told him of my experience with Spradley/Barr Ford of Greeley. I then called Todd at the dealership and told him what my friend was looking for and what he would be trading in. He called my friend back within 15 minutes and the two of them pretty much worked out a deal on the phone. Needless to say, my friend bought the truck Todd had for him, and his experience was as positive as mine was. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend either Todd or Rachel to anyone. 5 Stars all around. I met with Rachel Free and discussed the Fusion Hybrid. Because none were available she quickly made arrangements for me to take a test drive. We scheduled a convenient appointment and Rachel brought a car to Greeley. Spradley Barr Ford/Lincoln placed a factory order for me. Rachel Free took me through every step of the process and made sure that I got the options I wanted. My new car was delivered on time, and there were no surprises when I signed the paperwork. The financing team and other sales associates were also kind, patient, and helpful. I recently went back to the dealer for the first time since my purchase. My car is now 5000 miles old so I scheduled and oil change, tire rotation, etc. The professionals in the service department were done in less than an hour. I also visited the parts counter where a friendly assistant manager helped me with information about extras. I'm 43 years old and I've purchased five vehicles since age 16, my experience at Spradley Barr Ford/Lincoln is the best that I've had. I give this dealership an excellent rating, and I highly recommend them to friends. More
