We have dealt with another dealer in town for 10 years and between family we have bought five vehicles from them, so off we headed. What a mistake. The salesman had no respect, was rude and tried selling a vehicle not even for sale that was his friend's old heap. He disappeared and never came back so we did the same. We will never go back there. We didn't have any expectations walking into Spradley Barr but we very surprised at the professional and caring help we received. There was no pressure to buy new or used for that matter from them. We walked away that evening having bought a vehicle we loved and feeling like we were an important customer there from the girl at the desk to the girl in the diner(I am horrible with names and feel terrible forgetting the girls' names) to our finance guy John Fuller to our salesman David Merems. All were were a part of our great experience. Everyone was there to help and went far above any car buying experience we have ever had. I will have their names on the tip of my tongue for whenever I run across a family member, friend or stranger looking for a vehicle. If you need a vehicle you go to Spradley Barr Greeley because you get way more than a new car, you get amazing people providing awesome care. Thanks to everyone at Spradley for making it our new car home. We shall meet again! :) More

picky customer We came there to originally look at the Ford Fusion. We thought the vehicle is big enough for our needs. Unfortunately the size wasn't what we (or better me) had in mind. David Merems & Rick McAllister then told us about a Ford Escape that came in, that was the perfect size. So we left with it that day. For some reason, I couldn't get comfortable with it driving. I was used to cars. So 1.5 weeks later we went back. We saw the Lincoln MKZ and fell in love with it. Perfect size and since it is a Hybrid it has great gas mileage. It drives smooth and we love everything about it! So happy we were able to get it! Everybody we worked with was always very polite, helpful and professional. We will be back next year for my husbands car. More

Todd L has done nothing but avoid me like the plague and threatening legal action against me if i didn't do something fro them (sign a POA they LOST) . The only contact i have had with Mark C is himself defending the dealerships name with the BBB. More

He was humble enough to admit that if he didn't know the anwser a question that he'd find out who did. He worked extensivly at answering any questions and being sure not to push us in any direction that we didn't want to go. Which shows me that he wasn't a "xx'r" and this is somebody I can deal with. David also informed me and my wife that anytime during or even after purchase, that we could contact him and ask any questions and, again he'd do what he could answer it. In late September of 2013 they delivered our F-250 fifty miles from the dealership in the aftermath of the worst flooding in 250 years in Northern Colorado. Knowing we had been stranded at our home in the mountains and only had one day to get out to pick up our trailer and our truck, they met us at the trailer dealer in Lakewood and delivered the truck to us, saving us 6 hours of drive time. I will never forget how well we were treated, and how Todd and Rachel took such a personal interest in our predicament and did whatever was necessary for our benefit. I wouldn't just recommend Spradley/Barr Ford of Greeley to friends, I would drive them there myself… and I have. These folks deserve Ford's highest dealership honors. A few months ago a close friend was looking for a used truck. I immediately told him of my experience with Spradley/Barr Ford of Greeley. I then called Todd at the dealership and told him what my friend was looking for and what he would be trading in. He called my friend back within 15 minutes and the two of them pretty much worked out a deal on the phone. Needless to say, my friend bought the truck Todd had for him, and his experience was as positive as mine was. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend either Todd or Rachel to anyone. 5 Stars all around. More
