Chris Rogers was the gentlemen appointment to get us our first vehilce off a trade. He went as far as moving over 10 vehicles out of the way so we could test drive this certain one during their inventory swap. After testing one and not being thrilled he directed us into another vehicle choice which we ened up purchasing. After being party to the entire experience, when it was my turn to do something about my lease, we chose to return to this dealership and requested Chris. After meeting the manager and having a candid conversation with him, I have great respect for his dealership. He treated us as VIP's and it made coming back to purchase a second vehilce an easy choice. When you can gain respect from someone over a conversation it makes the comfort level through the roof. I was able to have a second outstanding experience at a car dealership... who knew that was even possible!!! Chris showed me exactly the vehilce I wanted, some I didn't think about and in the end, got me into the very make, model and color I wanted. Turns out he had to work for this one by getting it out of the showroom, sorry Chris. If anyone is looking for a dealership to trust, one with a manager that cares and has a big heart, this is the place. If you want a salesman that only cares about making you happy so you return and not about over selling or over promising, Chris is the guy! Honest, direct and sincere. Again, all that at a dealership, yikes, but true. More

The best out there I recently had my vehicle in for service, not even a Ford I might add, and they took great care of me. I went to the quick oil change side and from th I recently had my vehicle in for service, not even a Ford I might add, and they took great care of me. I went to the quick oil change side and from the moment I got there everyone was very attentive. I was greeted immediately and passed to to one of the service people. She took care of all the paperwork, walked me around my car and told me what they were going to do. THe process was warm friendly and even the service manager introduced herself. Car was done, washed and I was on the road. I have been to a lot of dealers and it is rare to go into any that have such a welcoming crew. They even have a cute 50's diner where you can brag a bite to eat. Awesome. Thank you for how you represent and I will bring my honda there from now on. More

Excellent Experience! I bought my 2015 Ford Focus Hatchback from Seth Stern. When I came in, I thought all I would want to get is a used SUV. But after showing me the Titan I bought my 2015 Ford Focus Hatchback from Seth Stern. When I came in, I thought all I would want to get is a used SUV. But after showing me the Titanium Focus with FWD and he explained how well FWD performs on snow, I was hooked. They got me qualified and approved almost before I knew what was going on and I LOVE my Focus! Go to Spradley Barr Greeley and ask for Seth! More
