Amazing and simple. Smooth transaction and outstanding customer service I had been looking for a specific model/year car for months when I finally found what I was looking for at Spradley Barr Greeley Ford. The problem was I had been looking for a specific model/year car for months when I finally found what I was looking for at Spradley Barr Greeley Ford. The problem was the dealership was over 400 miles from my home. I decided to inquire anyway and was contacted immediately by internet sales manager Amy. From that phone call my experience was amazing. She worked with me and gave me the confidence to place a deposit on the vehicle sight unseen. The salesman Lucas picked me up from the airport which is over 40 miles from the dealership and the finance person Rick zipped me in and out Bottom line is they made me feel like I was family. I can't say enough good things about these people from Amy to Lucas to Rick simply outstanding. Thank you!!! More

Never again Purchased a used SUV from this dealer. SUV was Q-certified. Which means it was completely checked over and that every opinion worked on the SUV and th Purchased a used SUV from this dealer. SUV was Q-certified. Which means it was completely checked over and that every opinion worked on the SUV and that all fluids were full etc etc. It also means it comes with a warranty until 100K for power train. Once the SUV was home I opened the hood and verified that the coolant was overfilled, oil was over filled, brake fluid was under filled, air filter was dirty that the blue tooth and steering wheel controls were not working. I reported back to the dealer the next morning, contacted the service manager and went out to show the problems on the SUV. When the S.M. went to start the SUV the battery was died. A tech jumped the SUV and went to close the hood on the SUV with the hood rod still in place. This bent the hood. The SUV was pulled into the service garage. At this time one of the sales manager's (Josh Bell) came out and stated the car would be taken to NIssan to verify the issues with the steering wheel controls and the off road lights. I asked at who's cost? And was informed he was not sure. At this time I let it go to Nissan. I was told I would be contacted later that afternoon, I was not offered a ride to work or a rental car. So I called someone to come get me. At 4:00 pm I stopped back at the dealer to see why I was not contacted and to see what the issue was. I spoke with S.M. (Josh Bell) and the service manager Steven. I was informed they still did not know what the issues were and they would need to for more time. I agreed. I then asked why I would have to pay for repairs as the SUV was Q-Certified? At this time Mr. Bell informed me they "only check power train and brakes" I then asked Steven the service manager what is check on a Q-certified SUV. Steven informed me that all the switches, lights, powerstrain etc etc are checked. I then asked should I expect a Q-certified SUV to be in full working order top to bottom? The service manager stated yes you should. MR. Bell informed me "you purchased it as is" I informed Mr. Bell that the service manager just stated that EVERYTHING should be in working order. Not to mention the tech that jump started the SUV bent the hood. I this point I headed home. When I arrived home I called the warranty company off of my paper work, I was disgusted to hear they had no paper work on the suv being Q-certified. I called over to the dealership three times asking for Mark Cook (owner) phone number, I was informed twice that "they do not give out that information." On the third attempt I was informed by Shabon Kirkes (sales Mangaer) that he would get me an appointment to meet with Mark cook. As of the writing of this review 3/19/2015 I have not been contacted by MR. Cook. The next morning I received a phone call from Todd Libsack (sales Manager) stating that the "deal" was going to be canceled. I agreed and asked for a check to be ready for my down payment. I also informed Mr Libsack that the odometer disclosure had the wrong miles on it and showed more then the SUV had on it (by about 200 miles). That did not appear to be a concern at all. That afternoon when I arrived at the dealer it took almost an hour before a refund was issued to my debt card and for me to sign one piece of paper. This dealership loves to waste your time. In closing please do yourself a favor and go to a different dealer. Josh Bell (sales Manager) lied to my face about the Q-certification and the famous you purchased it as is, Shabon Kirkes lied and never got me a appointment to meet with Mark cook. Steven Hogarth (service manager) is the only person that tells the truth and is the best part of this dealership. More
