Took 2 weeks to get appointment nothing two weeks later nothing but listening to noise was done. They sent home for another two weeks then took back in now have had for three weeks and have not done any further diagnosis of problem but now want 700 more dollars to diag failure before will even call warranty company. Is the first car I have ever bought and was supposed to bring my new son home in instead had to barrow a car and have only drove my new car to dealership. Has been three months of no car but a payment and insurance. No help from these people and see nothing in the future. Don't trust anything they say After wrote this review they took car apart found problem took care of it but took two more weeks and had to call each week to get status never called to tell me when done. Still not happy but can now drive my new car will see how well it is fixed must give them xxxxxxfor finally standing behind their sale. Fast forward a month later I go to the dmv to register and plate my car, bit the dmv doesn't have my paperwork so I waited 2 hours had to drive to the dealership to get the paperwork and while there I asked if I could sign up for a oil change and I'd be back in after I get my plates and Explained the situation and the girl at the counter was exeptionally rude and had to drive back wait another hour and a half at the dmv just to wait another hour and a half to get my oil changed. I have tried to make appointments numerous times over the last 5 months only to be given the run around if I could get them to call me back at all. Finally got the sales manager involved who promised to get it taken care of and haven't heard from him in a month. They lied to get me to buy and had no intention of living up to their contract. I will never buy from this dealer again and recommend everyone stay away. More

Recently I was looking for a used truck for my daughter, we were met by Brownyn Beach at the front of the dealership. I was immediately impressed with her professionalism, polite approach and willingness to help us find the right vehicle. She worked with us giving us options and went with us on test drives, we never felt pressured or rushed. Great sales person, with a high level of customer service, I highly recommend finding Brownyn if you go in for help with a vehicle, I dont think you will be disappointed. More

Extremely Unsatisfied I purchased a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee in April. To this date is unusable, and an electrical disaster. It will run for a few minutes, long enough to get a mile or two, then all dash gauges go dead and it quits in the middle of the street ! I received an email advising that it is time to bring the vehicle to Greeley for servicing. Impossible since it won't run and unecessary since it has traveled only a few miles and only a limited distance each run. I received a phone call after purchasing the Jeep, asking about our feelings in reference to service, etc. I told the salesman at that time about the condition of the Jeep and asked him what could be done about it. A real Lemon I purchased a used 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee in April. Drove it from Greeley to Loveland and it quit in the middle of Hwy 34 in Loveland. To this date, three months later, it has not been usable even one day. It runs from 1/2 mile up to around 2 miles, quits in the middle of the street and then will restart in approximately 2 to 5 minutes. No response from the dealership what so ever. More
