I usually have to haggle to get the deal I want but that wasn't the case this time - very fair offer on my trade in. The General Manager is on the floor personally overseeing the operation which is a big change from last GM. David Marems was our sales person and has the patience of,a saint. My wife can be quirky, old fashioned and set in her ways. When she had questions for David he just smiled and pleasantly answered them to her satisfaction. I have had issues in the past with elements of the service department, mostly little things like not resetting oil life after oil change. Based on conversations I have had with the new GM I anticipate the issues being fixed. Travis Howton in the service department is the best customer service rep in the business. ALWAYS a personal experience - he totally looks after his customers. More

Steven Hogarth, Nathan Rodriguez and Mechanic Valeska all earned my respect by their consistent transparency, integrity, and flexibility to get our trucks taken care of, even amid difficult circumstances at times. It was that experience that led me to consider the dealership for a personal vehicle purchase. Steven recommended salesman David Merems, and the interaction with him was refreshing. David was patient, helping me test drive many trucks of various age and price to nail down the right purchase. Early on in the process, Director Of Sales and Marketing Paul Pfeifer took time out to introduce himself to me, chose to be directly involved in the deal, and told me from the beginning that they would work very hard to earn my business. They kept that promise. David, Paul and Rick McAllister were a pleasure to deal with, and my wife and I left with a great truck, a fantastic purchase deal, bonus services for 2 years free of charge, and a deep appreciation for their efforts. poor custmer service Recently bought a certified used 2009 Kia from them had a noise on start sales person said would be covered no problem if it were anything serious wou Recently bought a certified used 2009 Kia from them had a noise on start sales person said would be covered no problem if it were anything serious would never been certified. Took 2 weeks to get appointment nothing two weeks later nothing but listening to noise was done. They sent home for another two weeks then took back in now have had for three weeks and have not done any further diagnosis of problem but now want 700 more dollars to diag failure before will even call warranty company. Is the first car I have ever bought and was supposed to bring my new son home in instead had to barrow a car and have only drove my new car to dealership. Has been three months of no car but a payment and insurance. No help from these people and see nothing in the future. Don't trust anything they say After wrote this review they took car apart found problem took care of it but took two more weeks and had to call each week to get status never called to tell me when done. Still not happy but can now drive my new car will see how well it is fixed must give them xxxxxxfor finally standing behind their sale.
