Do not buy the service agreement with this place. It may sound great to have your services pre-paid but the service department, frankly, sucks. I have limited space but will share the last two services. T sound great to have your services pre-paid but the service department, frankly, sucks. I have limited space but will share the last two services. The first being two and half hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The last was Thursday March 18, 2021 and I was there for four hours! At three hours I asked what the issue was and they said they thought I had simply dropped my truck off. I had an appointment t and was the only man with a dog. Let us just assume I had dropped my truck off, how is it possible that it takes 4 hours to change the oil? I did not simply drop my truck off but was waiting in the waiting area. The man I spoke with walked past me numerous times with no word as I watched customer after customer get serviced. The 3 hour mark came and I finally asked what was the issue. No word have been given to me for the three hours. I learned my truck had not even been started. I spent four hours waiting for my service. The service manager wasn't present so I got simply, I am sorry. I purchased the service agreement because I wanted the ease of having my truck, witch I purchased from them, serviced without issue. So I am stuck with the expense and time. The service department of this place sucks. Please do not use them nor should you purchase the expensive extended service. After asking for a phone call from a manager, I have still not heard from anyone. It has been more than 24 hours. No one has reached out to me. More
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. They are simply untrustworthy and unkind, and I hope my experience will show you the staffs' unfortunate behavior and priorities. After leasing a car for a few years, I wanted to buy unkind, and I hope my experience will show you the staffs' unfortunate behavior and priorities. After leasing a car for a few years, I wanted to buy it out. I had called a few dealerships to determine who had the lowest dealer fee. After speaking to the salesman David 4 days ago and the manager John twice yesterday, they had both reassured me that there are no other fees for buyout on top of the dealer fee so I would be paying $500 total. Once there, I started the process with the same David, who claimed we had never spoken before. After a roundabout conversation, he eventually stated that in fact Ford charges a $500 fee for buyouts AND the dealer fee is $800 for a total of $1300. Conveniently, I had spoken to Ford directly prior to this visit and learned that Ford most certainly does NOT charge a fee for buyouts. Clearly attempted deception. Following this, a second salesman named Matt stepped in. I thought he would provide some clarity and help alleviate the situation. Unfortunately, Matt's priority was to attempt to undermine me by stating that his phone records only show one call from my phone number to the dealer. After directly showing him my cell phone's call records and him seeing the repeated calls to the dealer, Matt again attempts to shift blame to me by asking, "Where did you get that number? It's not ours.." So to put this debate to rest, I simply call the number on my phone and place it on speaker, and all of us together hear Katie, the receptionist of this dealer, answer the phone. Obviously I had spoken to this dealer a few times and was reassured of what I would be paying. But on arrival, David dismisses responsibility by claiming we've never spoken and tries to push a "Ford fee" on me, and then Matt attempts to undermine me by saying I've only spoken to the dealership once which simply was not the case. As a woman coming into a dealership to buy a car, I expect salesmen to try to play me a bit, but this was outright devious and disrespectful, and a complete waste of my time. Please save your money and time and go elsewhere where you will be treated with respect. More
Great Experience with two knowledgeable individuals Just to be clear, I am not a fan of Spradley Barr Ford in general. I took a chance in July, while shopping for a pickup, and stopped in at the Greeley location. I met Paul Ruiz. Easy going, low pressure, and very helpful. Spradley had just traded this vehicle and he allowed me to drive it. In fact, he allowed me to drive it to Fort Collins so my wife could view it as well. After we made the deal, I met with Troy Showalter. Very helpful helping my pick out a warranty that fit my needs and was quick to fill out the paperwork. This was a good experience. I would recommend that you speak with Paul and Troy if you need a vehicle. More

I saw a used Land Rover on their site and had a Ford F150 I was looking to trade. I called and ended up speaking with Caya Bahr who checked on some info on the vehicle and worked with me to get a good trade I was looking to trade. I called and ended up speaking with Caya Bahr who checked on some info on the vehicle and worked with me to get a good trade value on my truck. We made a verbal agreement on the phone for trade value plus additional cash. She told me the windshield on the Land Rover was cracked but they would have it taken care of for me. I drove down from WY and in a couple of hours left in the Land Rover with everything agreed to as expected. They are going to contact me on the windshield in the next couple of weeks I imagine. All in all Caya was great and Spradley Barr honored their word. I had a terrible experience with a dealership (Land Rover Alexandria) in DC prior to this and was relieved at how seemless this was. I definitely recommend Spradley Barr and working with Caya Bahr as well. Thanks! More
We bought our 2018 Ford Explorer from this dealership. Everything went good with the sale but we brought our vehicle back a day later due to tire issues. We were told there was a recall on the tires and w Everything went good with the sale but we brought our vehicle back a day later due to tire issues. We were told there was a recall on the tires and we would have to wear them down to get them replaced. So for over a year we were lied to about the tires which were clearly not new tires even though our vehicle was fairly new. We just recently found out there was no recall and our tires were still under the manufacturer warranty which this dealership chose to ignore till the warranty was almost up. Then to fix their mistakes they tried to offer us new tires for a $600 charge which they state was a discount. When I look up the brand of tires I find out the tires can be replaced at Big O cheaper than what they are trying to charge me. The maintainance on our vehicle has been a night mate everytime they service our vehicle they leave things off or loose. We gave them numerous chances to fix issues and to make things right but they have not. If you want honest service and warranty work/replacement you wont get it here. More

Spradley Barr service didn’t a great job replacing the transmission in my granddaughter’s Escape. They also replaced the battery.
