Amazing and Easy!! I hate buying cars!!! But after my experience with Spradley Barr Ford of Greeley I feel like the process is a lot easier than it ever has been before. I hate buying cars!!! From test driving the vehicle, to agreeing to numbers, to signing my finance paperwork, it was so much easier and so much nicer than any experience I have ever had in the past.I never thought buying a car could be a pleasant experience however with working with Adam and Chelsea Lasley in Finance, it was the easiest process I have ever been through as far as the car purchase! They helped me find a vehicle that fit all of my needs and most of my desires as well and they made it so that they would all fit within my budget with warranty and gap included. This dealership is truly top notch. It's worth the drive to Spradley Barr Ford in Greeley thank you guys so much More

I am far from home (Texas), so my parents and brother were glad to hear how well taken care of I was throughout this entire experience. When they came to visit, we had to stop by because they wanted to personally thank David and Chelsea (finance) for all their help. David has continued to answer my questions about my new Ford Explorer and I feel safe with this entire dealership. I have highly recommended them to anyone considering a new vehicle. I felt like I was given VIP treatment. Everyone deserves that feeling when making such an important purchase. Upon meeting David, he asked me important questions and heard my answers out completely. He was very pleasant to work with. It was nice to see someone go the extra mile in finding you the perfect vehicle. He let me know that I can always call the dealership with questions or concerns, so I enjoy the fact that even though the business transaction has been completed, I'm still welcomed to call for any answers I may need regarding the operation of my Ford Explorer. No service contract refund I purchased a used 2005 F250 from Spradley Barr nearly two years ago. I traded the vehicle in for a another vehicle at a different dealership. At th I purchased a used 2005 F250 from Spradley Barr nearly two years ago. I traded the vehicle in for a another vehicle at a different dealership. At the time of purchase I also purchased a service contract for the F250. The service contract was for 48 months. Because the contract had not expired and I no longer owned the vehicle I requested a refund from Spradley Barr for the unused months. Spradley Barr said that they would not refund the money for the unused months. I have worked with other dealerships, four to be exact, who have refunded the unused months. Spradley Barr said it had to be canceled by the lienholder. There is no lienholder. The truck is paid off. This is an unfair practice. Also, don't try to do business over the phone. They do not answer the phone or return your calls. More
