We try to communicate that our availability to work on each vehicle is based on often unknown work hours on the vehicles in line before each customer, and sometimes unknown repair times on your own vehicle. We do our best with an educated estimate when a customer's vehicle will be completed, but in all fairness it is an estimate. However, updating our clients is most important in these situations. We would like to make it up to you the next time you need maintenance for your inconvenience!
