Took 3 days to get my truck back. Took my truck in on a Tuesday. Didn't get it back until Friday. Was promised on Thursday. When I called, the service adviser had no idea who I was or the situation with my truck. Absolutely no proactive communication from dealer. More

Happened to come in contact with Adam Burger, Sales, Spradley Barr Ford. After exchanging emails and finally finding a possible vehicle of interest, Adam located a car at the Ft. Collins dealership that sound like the one we wanted. He personally went to Ft. Collins and brought the car back so that we could look at it. The one we thought we would be interested wasn't the vehicle we had wanted but fortunately we loved a Fusion Platinum. It is a terrific car and Adam went out of his way to help us find the vehicle of choice. And after everything he had done the car was missing one of the key bobs and manuals. Adam made us an appointment to get one made and helped us with other issues as well. If every experience people had buying a car was as good, new car sales would be record setting.
