Took 3 days to get my truck back. Took my truck in on a Tuesday. Didn't get it back until Friday. Was promised on Thursday. Horrible! I was assured multiple times that my car would be done by end of the day, yet it was not. Peyton, in charge of the car, left early, after multiple statements that he would update us. Jeff, the manager, and Peyton both told us they would provide a rental if they did not finish. At five, we calked, they said the car would nit be done. They then said they had no rentals and neither did anyone in Greeley, which is bull. We had to take our car without the safety recall being repaired. They also tried to charge us even though we have the premier care ESP. They were horrible to work with. I will tell everyone I know to avoid them at all costs, and all Spradley Barr locations. More

Seems they can't be bothered for a few minutes of time for someone who chose their dealership to purchase a vehicle from. Removed everything that said Spradley Barr on my car and won't be making any further recommendations for them. Disappointed. More

Not only did Jose (Sales) and Matt (Finance) ease our worries, but they got us approved with a deal that is exactly what we needed. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. When Jose told us "the numbers are the easy part" I laughed at him. Never have I ever bought a car where everything was that smooth. Amazing!!! More

We bought a 2017 Focus and he answered our questions without hesitation, running all over the lot in 100 degree temp to get the exact car we were looking for. When it was time to deliver the car, he took his time and explained all controls so Carol and I understood what the controls did. He gave us his card and said to call if any questions arise and we feel comfortable doing so if necessary.
