Very disappointed Have had good luck in the past, but my recent experience was terrible. It took 16 days to get a 6 1/2 hr repair done. Then other things were wrong afterward that were not a problem prior to the repair. My car was clean when taken in, but filthy dirty when returned to me. There also is a big oil stain on the driver's side floor mat which was not there before. I was put off for a full week when I first called. Then at the appt. (after servicing my vehicle) was told that there wasn't enough time to look into the problem, so was put off for another 4 days--but told not to drive my car unless absolutely necessary. I don't think it's fair to "shoot the messenger" I worked with, but it tells me there is a lack of concern on the part of management. When I called the Service Manager, the call went to voice mail, and I did not receive a call back--except from the service advisor I was working with. I also had to do 90% of the calling to check status--was not voluntarily informed as to progress, or lack thereof. Not impressed! More

Excellent Service The service that I received was exceptional. I called on Friday and had my car in on Saturday. The heater was not working correctly. I work in Fort The service that I received was exceptional. I called on Friday and had my car in on Saturday. The heater was not working correctly. I work in Fort Collins, so, it is hard for me to have my car in the shop during the week. Peyton came in on Saturday so he could look at the situation. I think the issue was the update needed on the computer system. Everything was updated and I was on my way. The staff was all very professional. Excellent service and very professional people. The only issue we are still waiting on the extra key for our vehicle. It is a big deal to us since another key can be and very professional people.
