We were greeted by Dannie Johnson and not only did Dannie find the right vehicle for us, he made the entire process very painless and relaxing. Dannie was very helpful throughout the experience and we intend to come back to Spradley in a couple of years when our son is old enough to drive. More
Corrected an Oversight My driver took in our company's 2008 F350 for a transmission oil change at 335,000 miles. He didnt ask for filter change and neither did Quick Lane. My driver took in our company's 2008 F350 for a transmission oil change at 335,000 miles. He didnt ask for filter change and neither did Quick Lane. I, however, as the company Fleet Mgr., wanted it changed, since the last change was at 175,000 miles. I talked with quick lane and she said many customers don't want it changed. I went back and forth with her for a while, then requested a Mgr. Mgr. stated that that vehicle had two tranny filters and what he could do for me was change the outter filter, but not the inner cause there was fresh oil in pan. I preferred to have the inner filter changed but agreed because he mentioned it was "more important", plus I had never changed the outter one, and I too didn't want to waste good oil....Quick Lane called said the vehicle was ready for pick up. I requested the photo of the outter filter as we had talked about. She had to call me back. She called back, and said that after all there was no outter filter and she was referring the vehicle to another area of Service. This area discovered there was no outter filter, only an inner (in pan) and offered to change it regardless that they were going to have to re-due the oil change. I cant entirely blame Quick Lane and Mgmt for not knowing about the filter because even my Ford Manual shows my vehicle should have an outter filter, but it doesn't. In the end, Spradley corrected an oversight and my vehicle was properly maintained. More

Worst Service Ever! I have never been to a dealership with worse customer service! We waited teo hours for an oil change to be told that our pickup hasn't even made it ba I have never been to a dealership with worse customer service! We waited teo hours for an oil change to be told that our pickup hasn't even made it back for service. This was the third time we have had this experience. There was no apology or attempt to right the situation. Do not buy from this dealership. Choose elsewhere! More

Zack was very helpful at this time and told me that the car had gone through the service department and been completely checked out. Later That week I called to say that I would be at the dealership on the 27th of December. On the morning of the 27th Zack called and told me that upon running the car through the service department to get it ready for the sale they found a coolant leak and needed the Intake gasket replaced (I was already half way there). after we talked I decided to look at the car anyway. I asked if the air conditioning work and was told yes it did but at the time I picked up the car I could not check it out because it was so cold outside . When I got the car home and in my garage upon inspection, the air conditioning hard line was broke off of the air compressor and could not work because the system has no Freon in it. Because the system has been open to atmosphere for who knows how long now I’m going to have to replace the air conditioning compressor, accumulator dryer and of course the hose set to the back of the compressor. After talking with the used car sales manager we came to an agreement and he would split the cost of repair. This is way more than I expected and would gladly recommend this dealer. David S More

Awesome! We were in need of a new vehicle after having our F-150 totaled during the last snowstorm. Unfortunately, we couldn’t buy new this time and we were s We were in need of a new vehicle after having our F-150 totaled during the last snowstorm. Unfortunately, we couldn’t buy new this time and we were searching for used to fit our budget. Online search helped us locate an amazing deal on a used Taurus with low mileage at Spradley Barr in Greeley. The car is just as advertised, Kelly (our sales-guy) was organized, thorough and patient with our questions. Chelsea in Finance explained each document as we signed for the title and various other items necessary purchasing a used vehicle. The best part? No pressure when we said we couldn’t afford the service packages- not that we didn’t want them- it just wasn’t in our budget this time. The process was quick and handled efficiently, there wasn’t any delay in getting us the keys and on our way. Bottom line: we got what we wanted, nothing we didn’t need, and we will most definitely be back when it’s time to trade up to another truck. It is absolutely worth the drive up from Erie. Thank you! Bill went above and beyond to redress my concerns, and for that I am thankful. The only remaining gripe I have is that it took so long to resolve my problems. With that being said, they have gone to great lengths to rebuild trust, and when it comes time for routine maintenance, I will defiantly think about returning again. Below is the original Review: I should have never taken delivery on my 2017 Mustang, as from the moment I was signing paperwork, the dealership showed me they don't respect other people's property. They scratched my hood, which lead to the fender, then the roof, then back to the hood, then the bumper, then the roof again... I still have Hood/Bumper and front License Plate Holder alignment issues, as well as several promised make goods that never came about. They had my car in and out of their shops 8 times for a total of 20 days and added over 300mi to my odometer (which is 10% of the miles the car has on it) After all that, the dealerships reps basically told me to pound sand. The Service Manager gave me a new license plate holder and told me to install it when it gets warmer. The Collision Center manager told me he doesn't want to work anymore. The General Manager basically stopped talking to me once I told him I gave him 2 bad reviews on the Ford Survey. So, today I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Don't get me wrong, the car works great, but Spradley Barr of Greeley does not know how to handle cars under their care. More
