Run around the service. I took my truck in for a service. I was traveling and in a pinch. Matt in service got me in and got the quick diagnostic. The mechanic didn't think so. 9 days later and thousands of dollars spent and I was told it couldn't be repaired. Took the truck elsewhere and had the problem I thought I had in the first place fixed. 10 thousand miles later, my truck that needed a new engine runs like a top. Towing, cold weather, mountains, no problems. Ask for a refund because of the poor quality of work. Jeff has failed to call me every time he tells me he will get back to me. He only calls when I call him first. I have been promised a refund of the diagnostic fees, but nothing on the parts replaced that didn't need to be replaced to begin with. I have had promises that it was getting done, and have been told it will be returned to my card. Nothing. I bought the truck there, had the truck serviced there for years, and would never go back after this experience. Customer service fell down all the way around. Matt the service writer the only pleasant part of the experience. And he was hamstrung by the people around him. More

I showed up to the dealership on Adams day off and Kelly stepped in right where Adam left off. Kelly was phenomenal from start two finish. I was in and out in just over two hours with a brand new 2018 F-150. They had a new 2 day old F&I gentleman working to close all paper work. You need to keep him. I called ahead and when I got there they had the truck I was Interested I sitting and ready to test drive. Jose was very informative on all the functions and operations of the truck. I test drove the truck and had to leave for work. I came back a few hours later and Matt had all my paperwork ready to go! Total time at dealership about an hour and half. Both men very professional and personable. Highly recommend this duo for a purchase! More

I had a problem with a faulty tire sensors, after talking to several service technicians all who were passing me off,sayig I need to go to tire service center downtown. Travis Howton came back from lunch and seen I was getting the run around, HE STEPED UP AND SLOVED MY PROBLEM, he found out I had two bad Tire pressure sensors not just one, so he scheduling my warrantee service work, and solved the problem. Travis is the one I had gone to in the past and the only one who I recommend to all for there service work. More
