I've been dealing with Ford and Greeley ever since they were on the east side of town known as Garnsey Wheeler. Made an appointment to get my oil changed. This is the third time in a row I've had problems with their service department. Never again More
I have been taking my Fleet & Personal vehicle to this dealership for almost over 17 years. Since Ken Garff acquired it, the service department has gone downhill to about the worst I have ever seen at any dealership for almost over 17 years. I had called over a week in advance to get my 2018 F150 in for a service and went through the fleet side. They transferred me over to the Service Department to get it scheduled and it went to VM in their call back que. Chuck from the fleet side called me twice to see if they got me scheduled and they never did. A week later I just took it in. It needed an oil change and the charging light had came on prior to me taking it in. They squeezed me in but gave it back to me with just changing the oil, charging system light was still on. They said that I’ll have to schedule it with the fleet side. I took it over to the fleet side and now they’ve had it for almost a week and it’s still not done. What kinda place is this turning into. I’m patient, but quickly losing patience! My experiences since they’ve purchased Spradley Barr has been horrible. Oil changes have taken days….the list goes one and we have over 200 fleet vehicles that we take there with similar results. Not a good look! More
Bought a 2007 corvette from them. Car needed some repairs. I bought it and dealer took a couple weeks to repair it. I went out of town for work( 3 weeks) came back and went to pick up my car. Rear wheels and tires had been changed on it. Car would not start at first. Dealer got it started and the alternator they supposedly replaced is squealing and sounds terrible. Talked with Dan and he said that they would get it in shop. I told them I needed it asap. I called two times later in same day and no response from dealership. Next day I called my sales guy and he said they were just taking it to get repaired? A day later? Now the car is in shop and needs another alternator? They didn’t really seem to care about any of it. Didn’t seem like a big deal to them they switched out the rear wheels and tires and didn’t seem to care car wasn’t repaired. My worst dealer experience ever in my life! More
The absolute worst truck buying experience ever. My husband bought a truck from here in July, it hasn’t stopped being a headache yet. First of all when we went to look at the truck it was disgusting! Old soda bottles, broken off acrylic finger nails, and hair. I didn’t really even want to sit in it.We we’re desperate for a truck to buy. So they said they would detail it and the shop was going to look over it. we came back the next day to test drive it again and it was exactly as it was day before, dirty and disgusting. We say something to Matt and Dan about it, they say they just didn’t get to it but for sure will detail it before we leave. It then takes 6 hours to sign paperwork. We finally get done and then they realize something is leaking oil. How is it leaking oil if they just did an inspection? Also we still have yet to see a full inspection that they supposedly did. So we pick up the truck the next day and guess what IT IS STILL NOT CLEAN! We end up waiting another hour for them to detail it again. We get the truck and they did the worst detail I’ve ever seen. My husband calls Dan to tell him, Dan says that they will have someone detail it AGAIN. Ok sure buddy….. a month later my husband goes to register and get plates for the truck. He gets to the DMV, they didn’t send over the paperwork! More calls to Dan, more promises from Dan the so called sales manager. Go to the dmv again and once again they haven’t sent over the paperwork. xxx?! So we finally get scheduled for a “detail” this morning, they tell my husband it’ll be done by noon. NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! They wait until the end of the day to detail it at the last minute. My husband spent a whole day off of work for them to detail the truck for the THIRD time. It’s STILL dirty!!!! The picture is after they “detailed” it. You can clearly see a dirty footprint. Also someone had rummaged through the center console probably looking for valuables. This is literally the worst dealership I’ve EVER had to deal with. Dan and Matt are liars and they obviously don’t give a xxxx about anything or anyone. More

Run don’t walk away from Ken Garff Ford in Greeley. They have had my F 150 for over 30 days for minor repairs and I have no idea when I’ll get it back. I’ve heard every excuse imaginable from every service advisor and when I got in to see the shop foreman I got assurances that he would get right on it. I got nothing but more excuses. I have referred clients to this dealership when it was under a different ownership resulting in hundreds of truck sales but I’ll never send another client to their shop. I love my Fords but I’ll buy and service them somewhere else. More
Warning!! Dropped off my F 350 for a simple recall one of there mechanic did something now my key does not appear, radio is limited. I had an appointment for an oil change at 230. Was there early and talked to Steve the service manager. He said it would be a 2 hour wait. I absolutely believed an hour tops.
