Incompetent I used to do a lot of business with this dealership (5 vehicles purchased and service). It has deteriorated to the point that I just give up. They can I used to do a lot of business with this dealership (5 vehicles purchased and service). It has deteriorated to the point that I just give up. They can’t seem to remember to reset oil life after oil change (4 times in 18 months), patch a tire leak that didn’t hold up 1 week (went to different dealer who pulled patch off with 2 fingers) and last time I went in for oil change WITH AN APPOINTMENT and requested full synthetic I got my vehicle back after almost 2 hours without synthetic oil. I have tried talking to general and service managers numerous times but nothing seems to work. I found a different dealer that has been an absolute delight to work with so I am DONE with Spradley Barr! More
