Worked with both David and Kelly. great! David made sure I got the vehicle I wanted. Very knowledgeable in the features of each one I looked at and didn't waste mine nor his time showing me David made sure I got the vehicle I wanted. Very knowledgeable in the features of each one I looked at and didn't waste mine nor his time showing me cars that he knew I wouldn't be happy with. Kelly walked me thru financing and made sure I understood how to use the features on the vehicle and both gentlemen reinforced to call with any questions or concerns. Great customer service! I apologize I don't remember who did the financial paperwork but he got me in and out quickly More

Terrible Service!! We took our Ford F-150 in for a service and they backed it into a pole (it has parking assistance and sensors). The bumper for so damaged you could n We took our Ford F-150 in for a service and they backed it into a pole (it has parking assistance and sensors). The bumper for so damaged you could not lower tailgate. Accidents happen but how it is handle and fix is what matters! We did get a call to bring it back in the following Monday. I wanted to know what all needed repair bumper, sensors and clips...what? They could not tell me. I asked where to take it since they owe a body shop in town. They said "we will repair it here so we don't have to report to CarFax" This seemed like a bad idea and shady. I agree to take it in for an estimate and see what needs done. I told them NOT to fix it asI wanted someone else to look at it. I could not get a service manager(Jeff Johnson) or general manager (Bill Hendershot) to call me back. They were to have the truck 3 hours but 8 hours later they called and said it was ready. When I arrived I was told "we did not follow your directions to a T but they had replaced bummer and that was all it needed" What? The bummer was not straight and sensor was not on right and hanging off bumper. TERRIBLE!! Still I had to call Service Manager Jeff Johnson. It has been over 2 weeks and still have not heard from Bill Hendershot. More

Excellent experience! We bought an F150 on 07/12/2018. Our sales person was Dannie Johnson. Until this experience, neither of us liked dealing with car salespeople. Danni We bought an F150 on 07/12/2018. Our sales person was Dannie Johnson. Until this experience, neither of us liked dealing with car salespeople. Dannie Johnson changed that for us. He was not smarmy, he was upfront and he did not play games. We told him what we were looking for and our price range. We ended up buying a better truck than we were looking for and we stayed close to the range we wanted to pay. Dannie had a good sense of humor and was very personable. We would recommend him to anyone. We were also very impressed with Chelsea (sp?) in the financing department. She took the time to explain everything and did so in a clear and concise manner. This alleviated any concerns of extra charges being slipped into the sale. She was also very personable and friendly. The two ladies who greeted us when we first came in were helpful and welcoming. I apologize that I do not have their names. We chose to go to your dealership because we have heard good things about it. Our visit and experience purchasing our new truck confirmed everything that we have heard. Thank you!!!! More

Disappointed I had my vehicle serviced in February with everything being in the green and ok (brakes). Seems as though someone did not do a thorough inspection when the vehicle was serviced in February. That does not make me feel confident in the service I am receiving. More
