We met with Kelly who showed us great patience through the process while we exercised the dealership on finding us the right mustang to the ordering process through the dealership with Ford. We got the deal we wanted and there was not strong arm tactics to get us to buy today, thats why we came back. We went to similar dealerships including another Spradley Barr Dealership, but the dealership in Greeley was clearly interested in what we wanted. Kelly's personal touch along with his making certain we were happy with our selection and all of the nuances involved with ordering from the factory. They gave me exactly what they said they would on our trade and took a lot of time to explain the gadgets on the Stang. Ryan was also great to work with, we told what we wanted for a payment so he did a great job making sure we came in even under that. This dealership listened to us and at no time tried to get us to sign up for something we didnt want, a simple no thank you was all it took. Polite , courteous, kind and friendly. More
