We are disappointed you felt this way about your visit. Often times the pricing on a specific vehicle will not translate exactly to another very similar one. Hail damaged vehicles are not always drivable without repairs as well. I do not know the specifics of your visit, but we do have to reserve the right to refuse test drives in a few circumstances.

The specific model that was on the advertise it was actually sold couple weeks before I went there even Cristian told me that he talked to somebody to remove the ad, didn't happen. And the car I was trying to test drive it was totally fine no cracks o broken windshields, I told Cristian to go with the car to picked up my cosigner (less than 5 miles away) so she can looked the car as well. didn't happen, and finally when they gave me the final figures their were totally different of the ones they gave me the first time, they never gave me an explanation why and I have proof I was so mad I just walked away.
