Disappointing , no follow up I purchased my truck at Spradley Barr in Greeley and with the purchase I bought 12 oil changes. The first 2 oil changes went great, the 3rd and most recent oil change did not. First issue: during the routine questions asked when I dropped my truck off was “ are we rotating the tires?” I specifically said, “ no, they are bran new, less than 500 miles on them. I do not want them rotated.” First thing I noticed when I picked up my truck was they rotated them. Oh well, not the end of the world. I then drove to a friends house where I parked in his driveway leaving my truck overnight. The next morning I pulled my truck out of his driveway to find a huge mess of dirty oil that had dripped from my truck. This was a spotless driveway in a nice neighborhood, I felt horrible knowing my friend is also ocd about cleanliness. I drove straight back to Spradley Barr and alerted them of this. They apologized and sprayed the bottom front of my truck off. It appeared that the oil filter was dropped/ spilled during the change and it did not get cleaned up. I then drove home and parked in my driveway where I saw more oil dripping. I grabbed some rags, got on my back and crawled under my truck. I cleaned up a large amount of dirty spilled oil that would have dripped on my driveway or wherever I parked next. I was very upset and chose to wait a day to call them so I could calm down and not over react. The next day I received the customer satisfaction call from them and I told her about my issues. She had the service manager call me that afternoon. He apologized, agreed this was not right. I asked what they wanted to do about this and how they wanted to handle it. He told me he needed to talk to someone and would get back to me the next day. The oil change was Friday September 21, I spoke with the manager the following week, and to this day, October 22, I have not heard from anyone. It’s been a month. That’s my biggest concern. I still have 9 more prepaid oil changes left, and I’m not sure that I’m comfortable taking my truck back there. I had to clean the mess they left under my truck, and my friend and I had to clean his driveway. If you have ever tried to clean dirty oil spilled on concrete, you know it stains! More

We have had nothing but problem after problem with the service dept. Problems range from taking 2 hours for an oil change because they “forgot” to do it. Of course while I was waiting there! To one time they lost the key to the locking lug nuts and had to order a new one. This causing a second trip back to the dealer. And finally this last time when the truck was taken in for a recall. They called back 3 hours later to say it was ready, and to find out that they had already done it on a previous visit. But had no intentions of telling us. We only discovered it because we looked at the paperwork to see what they did and it was blank... When asked why they waisted our time and did not bother to even check if it really needed to be brought in they had no reply. I’m a believer in second chances. But this is simply crazy. Visit after visit and it’s always negative. We have lost all confidence in this dealership and will never purchase anything from them and probably not form Ford again either. We have never had such horrid service before. Since this last visit we have already traded off one of the two trucks we purchased from them. And can’t wait to get rid of the other. Not because they are bad trucks. But we want nothing to do with the service dept. Our advice would be to practice what you preach in your various emails and marketing you send. If your going to convey how great your service dept is, then you should deliver! Also training and development of you staff might help. Or at least get people that act like they care! Because right now you don’t even have that. More

A 3 month journey I had a horrible experience during my last service appointment at Spradley Barr in Greeley.. A quick summary of my complaints: 1. Communication wa I had a horrible experience during my last service appointment at Spradley Barr in Greeley.. A quick summary of my complaints: 1. Communication was terrible. I dropped off my vehicle for a factory recall on July 21 in preparation for them to start work on Monday the 23rd. I just received my vehicle back on October 16th.... Yes, almost 3 months- and in that time I received virtually NO communication from the service department. To be fair they did return my calls but that's about it. The first 10 days "they were waiting on parts". Then while on the dealers lot, it got demolished by hail. No heads up phone call to inform me that my new truck took serious hail damage- I had to call and ask if my truck was ok... It was not. They shipped it to Spradly Barr Collision which did a fantastic job keeping me updated on the lengthy repair process.( thanks Jordan) My truck was returned for the factory recall repair on Sep. 27th and I was assured it would have top priority. On October 5th after zero updates, phone calls, text messages or emails - I contacted the service manager who was apologetic and gave me a soft date for completion. The soft date of October 11th was pushed back until the 16th. 2. I am perplexed on why they would schedule work to be completed without the necessary parts. I still have not received any explanation to this question. Before this experience , I would have given my routine service appointments a solid rating but I am still feeling unsettled about my experience and don't know if I will return. More

Ruined my vehicle I took my Escape in because it was leaking from a pinion seal and these guys didn't fix it even after having it for 9 days . And when I brought it ba I took my Escape in because it was leaking from a pinion seal and these guys didn't fix it even after having it for 9 days . And when I brought it back because of the same leak Jorge told me it was an oil leak and that I should take it back to the place I had gotten the oil changed and have them check it. So I did and they said it was a leak from my transfer case. But before I got it back into Ford my transfer case cracked when the internal components failed due to a lack of "lubrosity". And I was told they would charge $3200.00 it fix. But he'd cut me a break on the labor. Ha ! Shame on you guys for being inept and trying to take advantage of people. I brought my vehicle to you because I thought the name Ford stood for something respectable. Nothing about my experience has been good. More
