Hi Todd, I see here that they had 4 different employees check for this exhaust leak / smell and it could be detected by none of them. If we are missing something that may need further diagnostics than by all means please schedule to bring it back in. We strive to not only do our best work on repairs but to not over repair or over charge for work that is not needed. Please call the service manager if there is something we still need to discuss.

We are sorry you left feeling this way! Unfortunately poor credit does change financing terms, sometimes drastically. Ford offers different finance options when purchasing a new vehicle - which is different than programs offered on a lease buy out which is what you ended up choosing. The lower rate was on the new purchase so it did not vanish as we still have your paperwork. Our finance team does do their best to explain these situations, and clearly you were upset about the options available to you.

Don't blame your employees' bad behavior and sketchy activity on my credit. We were treated like crap because we didn't eant to unload one of your 2018 trucks when we have a perfectly good one. If it was so difficult to find a good rate, taking one buyer's name off should have been presented as an option to improve the rate. Instead we were told the steep rate was a "gift" by your salty finance guy. I will not revise my review nor change my opinion of this establishment.
