Ken Garff Ford of Greeley asked for my opinion of their terrible service and this was my response. ***** Buyer or Service Customer Beware ***** I brought in a vehicle for repair to you because I thought terrible service and this was my response. ***** Buyer or Service Customer Beware ***** I brought in a vehicle for repair to you because I thought it still had a warranty. The vehicle was slightly low on power, with occasional smoke but was running smooth as silk. I asked the service consultant to verify that and get back to me. He never did. I trusted that you would diagnose the problem properly and accurately. That wasn't done. They told me that they knew what the problem was and that it was a simple part they had to order. I asked my service consultant if he verified the warranty and he said he would get back to me. He never did even after I called and left a message in regards to this. You began repairs regardless. After those repairs two things happened, it didn't fix the problem and I found out from my service consultant that the vehicle wasn't in warranty. When he told me it was going to cost another 5k to fix the problem, I told my service consultant that I would take it to another repair shop and to get it ready for me. When I arrived to pickup the unrepaired vehicle, I paid for parts that didn't have a thing to do with what was wrong. When I got 100 yards down the road, not being able to turn around because of traffic the vehicle started smoking as if it was on fire and it was obvious it was buring oil like it was being poured into the cylinders and it began to run incredibly rough and the vehicle was a hazard and dangerous to drive. I got three miles down the road looking for a spot to turn around and bring it back then it was smoking so bad and running so rough it finally quit. I called my service consultant and he wanted me to pay to have it towed back to you and I asked to talk to the service manager which was on another call. The service manager called be back about 30 minutes later and had no interest in trying to make the situation better or did not offer in any way to help me, but only to say he was sorry. I had to have the disabled vehicle towed to another company for repairs. Your service consultant didn't call me back when I needed an update, your service manager wasn't at all concerned about my situation and was covering for his departments poor service and attention to my problem. I will make sure everyone knows about how Ken Garff Ford of Greeley, CO treats their service customers by posting this review in every platform I have available to me and will request anyone that has had bad interactions with your service department to share this nightmare. I have been in business for myself for almost 42 years and have never treated my customers with such disrespect and lack of concern. No business that does will stay in business as long as my company has because customers like me will make sure that the general public knows of your terrible service and more importantly your lack of concern to make sure you exceed the customers expectations. Too bad for Greeley and Northern Colorado. Just another xxxxxxx company more interested in money than making their customers happy. You have made a mistake in your choice to provide such terrible service to me. I have seen other customers or other potential customers reviews posted since my terrible experience with Ken Garff Ford of Greeley and it's obvious that I am not the only disappointed customer you have made lately. This type of service to the general public is a sign of desperation in trying to stay afloat. Seems to me if times were tough you would do everything to save the business afloat and not sink the Titanic. I can assure you one thing, I will be at the garage sale when you have it. Buyer or service customer beware! Ken Garff Ford of Greely is one to watch our for. More

During the purchase process I asked many questions about charging and maintenance for the truck. I was told that since I purchased a Lariat I would get an additional home charger from Sunrun that would be able to charge the extended battery overnight. They said for me to wait a couple of days for them to send the information over to Sunrun and they would ship the charger. I asked about the mobile charging cord, that was in the truck when I test drove it, and they said they are included as a standard. The buying process wasnt too crazy because I knew what my finances looked like ahead of time but it took over 5 hours to complete after I decided on the truck and no one else was buying a car! I asked about the First Responder rebate from Ford and they said after I purchase the truck I needed to complete the papwerwork on Fords website and they would just send me a check. I took the truck home and found that the mobile charger wasnt in there. I called the salesman the next day and he later said it wasnt included with the truck but the larger charger would come to my house in a few days so I should just use the local fast chargers. The Electrify America chargers were very fast but the cost was 4 times my house electric rate. I purchased the truck on Thursday November 16th. I called Sunrun the next week and they said they hadnt received the information from Ford but they would start the process. They also told me it would be at least 4 weeks before I would get the charger. I called the dealership again and expressed my frustration that I have a new electric truck that I cant charge at home and the dealership said I could buy the mobile charger for $500. I also called the dealership because the truck had a 36% decrease in battery and I couldnt get more than 200 miles on a full charge. The Ford Pass app said there was a Customer Service Program issue with the battery. I took the truck into the dealership on Friday November 24th and the service advisor said it was a 10 hour job so they would need it overnight. I spoke to General Sales Manager Athina Sweigard and was frustrated about an $80,000 truck that has issues. After explaining I would need a vehicle to get to work they didnt have any available. Finally they were able to find a gas truck for me to use. I had also confirmed my qualification for the Ford rebate and they emailed me a certificate number and said to give the email to the dealership. Athina told me to email it to her and she would get it taken care of. She also said she would get me a mobile charger. They handed me a charger but when I got home there were no adapters to plug it into the house. I emailed Athina and still havent heard back about it. I hadnt heard anything for several days so on Tuesday November 28th I called and the service advisor said the technician was still diagnosing the issue and it takes a long time to do. I called Sunrun and they said they just received the information from the dealership but they didnt send over my phone number or email so I need to wait longer to get that confirmed, even though my address and name were correct. I still havent heard anything from Athina or the service advisor about any of my issues and it is Friday December 1st. I know customer service can be difficult but there hasnt been any customer service with this dealership. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone. If Ford would let me return this truck and let me buy it from another dealership I would do it without hesitation. More
I took my F-150 to their service dept. for warranty work on my master cylinder and an oil change. They stated my oil pan gasket needed to be rebuilt and they said they switched out my mast for warranty work on my master cylinder and an oil change. They stated my oil pan gasket needed to be rebuilt and they said they switched out my master cylinder. I took my truck into Valvoline and they noticed my oil pan plug was stripped out and that’s why I had a huge leak. Also I’ve been having problems with my breaks ever since they worked on my master cylinder. My mom took her Escape to the same service dept. for an oil change and they tried to charge her over $800 for one missing screw on her master cylinder. This place is a scam and they have no idea what they are doing. I highly recommend staying away from this dealership. More
I've owned 3 cars, my fourth is financed and purchased from here. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. Every single person working here that I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with was from here. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. Every single person working here that I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with was trash, with the exception of Troy, in the financing department. Their "kindness" is a sham, they are dishonest, unprofessional and don't communicate. They sold me a vehicle knowing it could not pass emissions and with a misdiagnosis. After a month of *no one* reaching out to me and having to escalate the issue, my car was finally brought in to be looked at. It is still undiagnosed and after they had the car 42 days, it's still having issues under the hood. A loaner vehicle was not offered, I had to ask for one. 3 weeks into them having my vehicle, the GM started ignoring my emails and texts in regard to returning the car. They were 2 days short of having the car longer than I did after purchase. Currently, the GM will not "allow" me to return the vehicle and in his mind providing a loaner has fixed the issues. I've had to escalate the issue to the Attorney General's office because I want to be completely done with this dealership. They couldn't even top off fluids. If you care about your time, money and convenience, take your business elsewhere. I'll also add I had to request a new salesman because the original one I had kept harassing me before I had even gone into the dealership. More
I bought a 2021 Ram 2500 from them in May of 2023. I dealt with Derek, Felipe, Alex, and Athena. They were all from sales. I have never had a worse vehicle buying experience than I’ve had with this de I dealt with Derek, Felipe, Alex, and Athena. They were all from sales. I have never had a worse vehicle buying experience than I’ve had with this dealership and its employees. First off they tried to sneak in extra fees at the last minute for add ons I did not want, and some were not even installed. Very dishonest about out the door pricing. They told me everything I wanted to hear before I signed, and after that, they didn’t deliver on any of the things they said. They are horrible on returning calls or texts, they are always in “meetings” or “with a customer”, anything to get out of talking to you. By some miracle you do get a hold of someone, they always have to ask “their” boss and get back with you, and they don’t. They ended up owing me money for some vendor issues that didn’t get resolved, and still to this day 07/08/23, they have not paid the full amount, and I’m still waiting on them to return my calls. This dealership is infuriating! The service department is also horrible! I had them order tires and wheels, and they didn’t even order the lug nuts with them! Do not give this dealership any business! More
Took my 2022 F250 I've had for over a year with 6015 miles on it in for simple oil/filter change, fuel filters and tire rotation. 3 hours later they give me my truck back with the check engine light on miles on it in for simple oil/filter change, fuel filters and tire rotation. 3 hours later they give me my truck back with the check engine light on and my Ford app had already alerted me while I was in the customer waiting lounge to get my truck checked immediately for low fuel pressure. An hour later I get my truck back again with a strong smell of diesel fuel, big black hand prints on the driver's door and the hood. And my rims had grease on them and the tire pressures weren't even close though the tire info placard is right on the door sill. At my home, there's oil and fuel leaking on the garage floor! The oil filter is covered in oil, as is the oil pan, the transmission and the trans heat exchanger! There's also fuel dripping from on top of the fuel tank skid plate! They also buggered up the wheel lug nuts and waaay over-torqued them! The mngr, this Michael Arnold, a mystery character, is either not supported and can't do the job or simply doesn't care! Ken Garff has his name on a lot of dealerships. Good for him. HOWEVER, HE'S HARMED SO MANY CUSTOMERS THAT WITH POOR QUALITY SERVICE, EMPLOYEES WITH BAD MORALE BECAUSE HE DOESN'T SUPPORT THEM, THAT IT APPEARS THOSE OF US ABUSED BY HIM ARE STUCK WITH HAVING TO TAKE THE BEAT DOWN FROM HIM--WE SUFFER FOR THE RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM! NO MORE FOR ME! AND THIS ISN'T OVER! SOMEWHERE, SOMEHOW I'LL FIND SOMEONE WHO CARES AND CAN HELP ME! More
In the past two weeks, I have left eight messages and four emails with the service manager, Michael, Arnold, regarding a claim under my used truck extended warranty that I bought with it last summer. I h four emails with the service manager, Michael, Arnold, regarding a claim under my used truck extended warranty that I bought with it last summer. I have also recently left two messages for the dealership manager. Have waited several times on hold for over eight minutes and the general mailbox is full. No one will call me back at all. They won’t reply to emails. I live 65 miles away so I can’t just pop in for a visit. but I did have a good purchase experience with Robert Navarrete. More

I purchased a 2022 Ford Expedition from Ken Garff Ford late last year. Shortly after buying the vehicle I had to take it back for a warranty repair. While in their shop one of their employees hit my drive late last year. Shortly after buying the vehicle I had to take it back for a warranty repair. While in their shop one of their employees hit my drivers side door with a lift damaging the paint and causing a dent. Their body shop repaired the door poorly leaving dirt in the paint and not fixing the dent. The vehicle was brought back multiple times and the dent is still there. This dealership refuses to acknowledge that the damage and poor repair caused by their negligence has lowered the value of my brand new vehicle. I tried to resolve it through the BBB which was pointless. More
