Great car buying experience!!! Once again, SPG went above and beyond to find us the right vehicle at the right price. Worked with Kelly Silks again on a new 2018 F150. The stock ava Once again, SPG went above and beyond to find us the right vehicle at the right price. Worked with Kelly Silks again on a new 2018 F150. The stock available was very low as we were only interested in a Ruby Red Sport model with specific options. We located one at another dealer and Kelly went after it, this is despite the fact that SPG was trying to liquidate their inventory of similar vehicles. It got sold and we were sadly disappointed. Kelly went back to work and found a matching vehicle and it was less $$. He sent a driver to Rifle to get it and we were extremely pleased as it had some extras we weren't counting on. While Kelly offered his inventory, he never once pressured us to buy what he had in stock, he just made us aware. In addition to Kelly was finance guy Steven Thomason, another pleasant gentleman that walked us through the most unpleasant part, the $$. We got a great price, got great value for our trade and had another great experience. Thanks Kelly and Spradley Barr Greeley team............ More

Warranty issues I have had my truck in to this dealership a few times for warranty work. Not one time have I left happy. They constantly say we couldn’t find a proble I have had my truck in to this dealership a few times for warranty work. Not one time have I left happy. They constantly say we couldn’t find a problem or in one case told me that they blew it out with air and it is now fixed. Fast forward to out of warranty they tell me that part needs to be replaced and is $780.00. I’m very frustrated that very few things were actually fixed and I’m still dealing with a truck that dies multiple times per day yet because there is no check engine light they can not find a problem. Well I can tell you when I’m driving around with my kids in the car and it dies multiple times per day at stop signs roundabouts or red lights really any time I stop the truck there is a chance it will die there is a major problem. But now that I’m completely out of warranty it will be a problem I’ll have to pay for. This is ridiculous That there are so many problems with a 2015 Ford F-150 that the dealer acts like they have never herd of before. Google 2015 f150 dying and you’ll find page after page of people with the same problem I think the issue is something ford themselves needs to look in to but with dealers blowing people off the issue is not being felt with. More
