Unfortunately my truck was totaled but when I came in for another one Kelly was always as patient throughout the entire process. Adam helped me special order a truck and was very helpful with the packages I needed on the new F150. As a Ford fanatic it makes me very happy to see these two salesman represent Ford. Definitely recommend! More

I decided to go and see Steve and Carlos at Spradley in Greeley and asked them they same question (if they could get to my numbers) on the exact same MSRP and they did better than what I wanted! Steve also helped out setting up installation of a truck topper and bed liner with parts and service. They made it easy on me. Good people with a good experience. I will be going back on my next purchase for sure. More

Ken and Travis listened to me, asked great questions, and diagnosed all accurately. The work was completed quickly and they stayed in touch during the repairs. My only disappointment was that the website showed Weathertech floor mats front &rear but when I got there they were gone and there wasn’t any of the original Ford floor mats either. I found it unprofessional that it would be allowed by management to remove items from the vehicle that were shown in the sales photos. Otherwise it was a great experience and would recommend this dealership when you’re in the market for a new or used car or truck. More
Routine tire rotation, oil change, fluid check. Also needed them to see why my sunroof was not working properly. They spent a very long time pain- stakingly taking the roof apart to see what the iss Also needed them to see why my sunroof was not working properly. They spent a very long time pain- stakingly taking the roof apart to see what the issue was. As it turns out the tracks were damaged from a Hail storm that I was waiting to get my Edge into collision to get fixed for other hail damage. I am glad they found out that that was the issue so I can now go back to my insurance company and add the roof to my current claim and the collision department can address the roof with the rest of the hail damage! The Service Department is the BEST!! Thank you guys for finding the problem!! More
