Incompetent - Sales, parts & service I could write a book about the problems we have had with this dealership beginning with the purchase of our 2017 F150 in May 2017 to the parts departm I could write a book about the problems we have had with this dealership beginning with the purchase of our 2017 F150 in May 2017 to the parts department and then the ongoing service of my vehicle. Be wary of all of the 5 star reviews. The dealership tries to "buy/bribe" the 5 stars. It started when the sales person made so many mistakes with our purchase that the manager stated that they can only get 5 stars and what can we do to make you give us 5 stars... can we through this in to make up for the experience? Can we take $$$ off this to get 5 stars? When we purchased the truck we wanted to add a tow package, running boards and tow mirrors but the parts department couldn't seem to order the correct items it took 3 try and 4 trips back to the dealership. Again the management offered $$$ or discounts to bribe the 5 star review. Then there is the service department. I purchased the service package. For 2 1/2 years I have had the truck service at the dealership and on multiple time I have had to come back because of some mistake made by them; oil leaks, failure to do the recall item. Even with the "Quick Lane" service I have had to wait 2 hours for an oil change. The people working behind the service desks lack any true customer service skills and personality. On my last visit the woman behind the desk tried to have me pay for something that she didn't even give me a quote on. When I had to come back the next day because of an oil leak she didn't apologize for my inconvenience or tell me what mistake they had made to cause the leak. I would never step into any Spradley Barr dealership again. More
