Service department would get a zero only after two trips I have owned Cadillacs, Audies, Porshas, Mercedes Benz and Chryslers and so I am used to good service. This Lincoln Aviator is the best car that I hav I have owned Cadillacs, Audies, Porshas, Mercedes Benz and Chryslers and so I am used to good service. This Lincoln Aviator is the best car that I have even owned. Bar non. However this service department after two visits explains why I never bought a Ford product. Two overnight stays to fix a simple problem is not acceptable. The last trip in was to upgrade the computer to have "Phone as a Key' available to be used. This should have been done in matter of an hour or less. The car was in all day and overnight because it was so late when I was called to come and get it, I could not do so. Then when I did get it I spend two hours on the phone with Lincoln in getting the system to work. I am not looking forward to the first or future oil changes and esp for the next thirty-nine months. More

Allen was great to work with and his team performed perfect Allen was our contact at Spradley Barr to perform the required maintenance on our 2011 Ford Fusion. He provided a quick summary of the items needed to be done in a clear and concise manner. He arranged for our ride home as well as to be picked up at our home in Loveland. Very easy to do business with Spradley Barr and Allen was the reason it went so well. Our car runs better now as all our fluids have been replaced with Ford recommended fluids and with new spark plugs the Fusion gets better fuel mileage now. Donovan Smith did the work for us in the Service department perfectly. With Spradley Barr, we know the job is always done right. Throw in a car wash and it couldn't have been better - thanks Allen for making our car maintenance a positive experience. Great job done by Donavan Smith and his service team too. Scheduled Service appointment for TPMS problem. Tech had no idea how to correct the issue. Frustrating. Wasted my time and money. Suggested replacing part no longer in stock or even available AND it was the no idea how to correct the issue. Frustrating. Wasted my time and money. Placed a call to Jerry, Service Manager, to discuss, and had to leave message, but have not heard back since. Steve Hunt was professional, courteous and helpful. Tech crew is incompetent and poorly trained. I have been since told by other Ford techs in the Front Range area that they are routinely having to take customers who trusted Fort Collins techs to fix their mechanical issues, only to realize they had to have it properly fixed at a different Ford Service department by trained, knowledgeable and competent techs, costing them more money and time. You get 1 Star for Steve Hunt’s efforts and customer service, but if it weren’t for him, Spradley-Barr Ft. Collins would get nothing. Never again am I going to waste my time and money at this service location. The TPMS issue remains, I am down $99, and have to take my vehicle elsewhere for repair. More
