I have worked with Paul twice now in a very short period and both have been great. I had bought a used 2000 Lincoln LS only 3 months ago and decided I wanted to upgrade to a 2006 LS V8 they had on their lo and both have been great. I had bought a used 2000 Lincoln LS only 3 months ago and decided I wanted to upgrade to a 2006 LS V8 they had on their lot (saw it online). I called Paul and told him what I wanted and asked if there was anything he could do for me. I was pretty skeptical as I had just bought the other car a few months ago and you're usually upside down for quite a while after a purchase. Paul worked out a VERY fair deal with me that basically worked out to a wash between the two cars (the 2006 being a bit more expensive of course). I may have paid a little bit for my impatience to get a V8 LS but it was minimal at best, and well worth it I might add! I would highly recommend dealing with Spradley and Paul in particular as he makes the experience both fair and simple (I walked in to the dealership at 5:30 and drove away in my new ride at 6:45, everything worked out over the phone for the most part). The only negative thing I'd ever say about the dealership is that their detail guys have a bit to learn about cleaning a car. They get it cleaned but I wouldn't call it detailed. I'm pretty picky though. More

My experience at the Ford dealer was good. Paul was great to work with. The finance manager, is pretty sly with numbers and it can make things deceiving when they are only talking month payment all the time to work with. I was one of those ladies who wanted to test drive EVERYTHING! I just didn't know what I wanted - I thought I wanted an Explorer, but the fuel economy was way less than I wanted. Sooo - the test drive EVERYTHING! I just didn't know what I wanted - I thought I wanted an Explorer, but the fuel economy was way less than I wanted. Sooo - the test drives began. Paul could not have been more helpful. He did everything but stand on his head to find me the 'right' vehicle, in my price range. He was patient, cared what I had to say, listened to my concerns,wants and needs. He found THE perfect vehicle for me. I will recommend THIS particular dealership - SOLELY because of my experience with Paul. Previous dealings were a bit 'shady'. I don't know what happened or WHEN it happened, but THANK GOODNESS change did happen. More
Best price I could find for a vehicle of this class (MAZDA 3 - 5 DOOR). Paul is an excellent individual to work with. Very enjoyable transaction; not pushy at all. I recomend him for a pay raise!!!! My wife and I needed an SUV for our growing family and started our search online since we had experienced terrible situations in the past just walking on to a lot. We were fortunate to find Paul on the other end of the phone when we called once we found the vehicle we were interested in. Paul was patient and extremely helpful once we made it down to the dealership. We ended up test driving a number of vehicles over a few weeks and Paul stuck with it the entire time. He was pleasant and kept the lines of communication open without becoming a bother during work or night time hourse like we had seen with other salesman in the past. My husband had a terrible experience with this dealership a few years ago so I was hesitant to return, but it's the only Ford dealership in our town. I was surprised at the changes they had made over the last two years. No shady salesmen, no shady finance deals. Our experience the second time around was fantastic and I would definitely recommend people use Spradley Barr. Paul Atkinson was such a nice salesman. He took the time to really understand our difficult situation with our previous car and did whatever he possibly could to get us into a new one. It turned out that there were a few scratches on the inside and out and he had those taken care of right away. Definitely a change from the previous management and an awesome experience. I was pleased overall except for the fact I only got one key and I had to give Markley $61.42 for a 2nd key.There is no owners manual and Markley wants $50 for one! I think ALL three of these circumstances should be made to me monetarily...especially the owners manual! PLEASE get me a manusl that is the least you should do,. More
