Spradley Barr Ford has been doing my scheduled maintenences on my 2008 Ford Escape for about two years now and I'm finelly fed up with it. If you have any issues with your car they will try anyth maintenences on my 2008 Ford Escape for about two years now and I'm finelly fed up with it. If you have any issues with your car they will try anything to get away from doing the work needed to fix the problem. There is a known issue with the 2008 Escape where when a little water gets on the seat and dries, it leaves a white ring stain. The fix is to replace the seat pads, but after several phone calls and a month of waiting all I got was a cleaning which only hid the problem. On a different occasion I was in the shop getting one of the scheduled maintenences on my vehicle which required a tire rotation. After getting the car back and driving down the road a little waise I noticed a loud noise coming from one of the tires. I immediatly took the vehicle back to the shop to find out that they "forgot" to put the lug nuts back on my rear-right wheel. More
This is an excellent dealership. My wife and I purchased 2 new cars. 2010 f-150 and 2011 fusion. We couldn't be happier. We are a younger couple and usually get over-looked when stepping on a car lot until 2 new cars. 2010 f-150 and 2011 fusion. We couldn't be happier. He was very patient as we had no idea what we wanted. Thanks again john! More
Michael Cohn and the dealership in general were absolutely wonderful to me while I was shopping for a car. I needed to buy a used car and had limited funds. I had also researched cars I was inter absolutely wonderful to me while I was shopping for a car. I needed to buy a used car and had limited funds. I had also researched cars I was interested in, prices, etc, and Michael was so efficient and helpful, not wasting time with the typical sales pitches, getting right to the cars he knew I was interested in and could afford. He was determined to get me into a decent car for the price and he went above and beyond what I would expect and what I had ever experienced from a car sales person or dealership. A couple of times Michael was helping another customer when I arrived, and rather than have me sit and wait, he asked another associate or manager to help me with whatever step we were processing. Each employee or manager that I came in contact with were very helpful and friendly. Michael really made this often-stressful chore easier and more pleasant than I could imagine possible. I would recommend contacting Michael Cohn and the Spradley-Barr dealership before even talking to anyone else, when shopping for an auto. They gave me a whole new perspective of car salesmen and dealerships. Thanks, Michael, for finding a car that was exactly what I wanted ! More
From the moment that Michael Cohn walked up to us in the Mazda lot while we were looking at the Subaru Impreza, my wife and I felt completely at ease and supported. His easy manner and jovial nature took aw Mazda lot while we were looking at the Subaru Impreza, my wife and I felt completely at ease and supported. His easy manner and jovial nature took away a lot of the pressure that we had felt at other dealerships during our search for a used vehicle. We particularly appreciated his experience and forthrightness with respect to the whole car-buying thing. At no point did we feel that he wanted us to buy the car for his sake, but instead, we felt that he was genuinely interested in helping us find the right car for us. Indeed, he was very proactive in the process, often reminding us of details that we should be considering but had forgotten in the moment. Even after we decided to purchase the vehicle and discovered a problem with the headlights, Michael was our advocate and went to great lengths to make sure that everything was taken care of quickly. Other aspects of the experience at Spradley Barr were on average with other dealerships that we have dealt with, but our experience with Michael Cohn sets a new standard for what we'll expect in the future when we deal with salespeople. I had looked at the same vehicle at the Spradley Barr Ford dealership a week earlier, but they used deceptive information to inflate the value of the vehicle. Michael was able to sell me the truck for a Ford dealership a week earlier, but they used deceptive information to inflate the value of the vehicle. Michael was able to sell me the truck for a fair price and provided a complete and accurate information about the truck. He also ordered a key for the wheel locks and shipped it to me when it arrived and I was out of state. More

He was courtious and helpful with my questions concerning the vehicle. He didn't try to dodge any questions or give me any run-around. We talked about price and what it would take to close the deal. I drove down from Cheyenne to have a look at the car and take it for a test drive. Kenny had the car out front and ready to go. We did a walk around and looked things over. The test drive went very well. He was accomodating to the point that he let my daughter ride in the front seat. It took some time that evening to finalize the paperwork but he kept me company and made sure things went smooth. All in all I was very satisfied with the experience and am quite satisfied with the vehicle. More
I had actually been working with a dealership in Broomfield for a 2010 Mazda Miata. However, they did not have the color I preferred - said it was unavailable unless I wanted to wait for the new 20 Broomfield for a 2010 Mazda Miata. However, they did not have the color I preferred - said it was unavailable unless I wanted to wait for the new 2011-year vehicle, and then tried to pressure me into a vehicle I did not want. I got in touch with Spradley-Barr by Internet and started working with Kenny Bunch. I told him what I was looking for, and he actually took the time to find it. Most dealerships want you to buy from their lot inventory. Kenny had my Miata shipped out and it got here faster than expected. The delivery of the vehicle took a little longer than I expected for a cash deal, however, I did appreciate Kenny taking the time to go over all the details of the Miata - he is very professional and personable. We purchased a 2008 F350 King Ranch from Dave and Spradley Barr a couple years ago and because of that, we have found the only salesman and dealership that we care to work with. That is why we came Spradley Barr a couple years ago and because of that, we have found the only salesman and dealership that we care to work with. That is why we came back to get my 2011 Expedition. Dave is always a pleasure to work with as he is friendly, polite and honest. We then entered into negotiations on the price with Jim. This vehicle is mine and as such, I appreciated that he negotiated with me and not my husband. In today's world, I often get overlooked as a woman when there is "man-talk" to be had. Not at Spradley Barr and not from any of the staff. Thank you. This also carried over to Scott, the finance guy. He was a pleasure to work with. I would like to thank Jim for being very pleasant while negotiating with me. When I have a price in my head, I can be very stubborn and trying. I'm sure there was more than once that Jim thought his head might explode, but he remained nothing but nice. More
Made an "internet" purchase of a Mazda3... Not all that interested in all the extra "selling" that dealers typically do so I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to get in, get the deal done, and get interested in all the extra "selling" that dealers typically do so I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to get in, get the deal done, and get out. There was a little "dealer talk" to get me to purchase that night but I had done my research and was not offended by this. Overall I'd say this was a good purchase experience (even the financing department was decent) and I would recommend! More
Paul Atkinson was a pleasure to deal with in my new truck buying experience. He was professional and very forthcoming on matters and did not make me jump through the usual hoops that I have encountered in p buying experience. He was professional and very forthcoming on matters and did not make me jump through the usual hoops that I have encountered in prior car buying experiences. He was prompt in corresponding whether it was via phone or e-mail. If I inquired about something he did not know the answer to he would admit it and then find the answer and get back with me. For me, first impressions are important when I come into a dealership and meet up with a salesperson. If I don't get a good feel, I am apt to go somewhere else. Paul has that professional demeanor that gave me a good feel about continuing on at that dealership. He gives the impression he is not flashy or arrogant, no overbearing cologne smell and seems like just an average guy trying to make a living for his family. I like that and would recommend him highly. Tom Klochak 12-11-10 More
