Mr. Cook and the Team at Spradley were great to deal with. There was no waiting or being hounded by twenty salesmen. Napolean in finance was very intertaining with discusions of mountain bikes and motorcyles while we had a few minutes of delay waiting for a fax from my insurance company. I will be back and would reccomend that anyone that has had less than par service at other dealerships try Spradley-Barr. Doug More
Kenny was so helpfull, he really took the time to listen and get to know my needs. He made sure to get me the best deal posible and didn't haggle me into any extra costs. On Tuesday, 2/1/11 - I was hit by another vehicle - my 2007 Dodge RAM 1500 that I've owned since it was brand new was declared a total loss. I began a search for a like vehicle with the same standard tra 2007 Dodge RAM 1500 that I've owned since it was brand new was declared a total loss. I began a search for a like vehicle with the same standard transmission that I had, it was a very difficult search taking hours that ran into days and numerous phone calls to dealerships across Colorado and Wyoming; the search resulted in only 2 prospects - one was located at a Dodge dealership within 30 miles of me, the other was located at Spradley Barr Ford, in Ft. Collins, which is 85 miles (one way) away from me. I first went to my local dealer, the truck that met my specifications was dirty and had a cracked windshield - I asked if they could wash the outside of it so I could get a better idea of what the color looked like and check the condition of the paint/body (it was completely covered in our typical colorado winter road grime) - they advised they would do it the next day. I went back to see the vehicle - it was not cleaned and I was advised that it would cost them too much money if they had to wash all their used car inventory - and then they tried to sell me a brand new dodge - that was $28,000 more than the amount I said I had budgeted. The other prospect was a used 2007 Dodge RAM 1500 standard transmission on craigs list - it was located at Spradley Barr Ford, I called and spoke to Brian Wilson - he was very flexible on setting the appt and even returned my call on his day off when I needed to reschedule. When I saw the vehicle in person, it was detailed to the max (including clean interior, all engine parts and underneath!!) - they had even just put brand new agressive mud and snow tires on it. Brian did not try to sell me something else (as I made it clear what my needs and budget were to both him and the "other" dealership), and he was a pleasure to work with. We negotiated a very fair price and there was no pressure to purchase this vehicle. I worked with Scott Thomason in finance, he was very fair and very well versed on the different warranties available - we negotiated a great deal on a great warranty. The accident put me in a tough position - as I was in no position to buy another vehicle, however Brian Wilson and Scott Thomason (Finance) made the experience worth the 170 mile round trip I had to go to have my needs met. I would recommend this dealership and salesperson to anyone based on how good I was treated, how fair the pricing was and no high pressure. I am a Dodge girl at heart, however based on the way I have been treated by everyone at all the dealerships, I believe the next one will be a FORD! When I am ready for another vehicle, I will call Spradley Barr Ford in Ft Collins first! More

Both of the salesman I worked with directly were truly wonderful. They both left me with the impression that they not only valued me as a customer, but they also honestly seemed to care about aiding me i wonderful. I was recommended to the dealership by two co-workers who made purchases fairly recently. After my excellent experiences (e.g the "search", the purchase, and working with the service department), I truly understand why they recommended Spradley Barr so highly. I will, of course, do the same.. Extra "kudos" to Kenny Bunch, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. More

Not only did they help us in choosing a vehicle, they were extremely helpful in explaining the pros and cons of the various options available. We had a number of questions after reading the owners manual and we were able to get answers the following day. We had purchased a previous F150 from Spradley Barr and were favorably impressed with their service department and follow-up after the sale. More
I dread the car shopping expereince. I met Brian Wilson through an internet price inquiry. Brian contacted me promptly, was great at follow-up and even sent me a reminder email for our appointment. We actually went to the see the cars at the dealership with plans to purchase another brand. However, when we described what we were looking for, Brian found a car with a match that exceeded our expectations and better price than we were going to get from the other dealership. We love our new Ford Fusion, and enjoy driving it! Paul Phillips was great to deal with, not only when we were "just looking" to when we were ready to buy, and wanted to test drive the cars....again. Paul answered all of our questions and went above and beyond for us. We were pretty undecided on the model of vehicle we were getting, and he was very patient and let us make up our minds. When we were ready to buy, they had it all ready to go. They even did the extra detailing we wanted done the same day, so we didn't have to make another trip. Paul even took us out to lunch while they were doing this... Carolyn Barr visited with us quite a while, taking time out of her busy day to care about the customers, too! The selection of vehicles available was quite nice, as it made it easier to compare, and see what features we wanted on our car. More
