The sales person and his little slip of paper with my initials and a price scribbled on it going back and forth to god knows where, the financing manager trying to get a feel for how much intrest I was willing to pay, the total time spent at the dealership (all day)not fun! I've got a different perspective on things now. Thank you for your courtesy, honesty, professionalism, and above all the ease of which every thing transpired. Brian nonetheless, gave me a great price on my trade-in and made the entire purchase process a pleasure. When I took delivery of my new 2012 escape, Brian was willing to stay as late into the evening as necessary to ensure that I was familiar with all of the features on my new vehicle.
