Waist of time - arrogant service and immoral sales tactics I will NEVER purchase from this dealership. The sales staff makes snide comments during negotiations. They don't listen to you; they only want to make a sell. Don't bother making appointments because you will have to wait for an available sales representative and/or wait 40 minutes to be seen. They also use immoral sales tactics to make you think they are helping you. Only you find out later down the road you still owe more money. I walked away from my PERFECT vehicle because I could not stomach giving them any money after experiencing the arrogance and disrespectful practices. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I have ever had!!!!! More

Now he is no longer there and to begin the calls and emails...there must be a quick turn style at the front door. This dealership needs not to be considered in anyone's plan in purchasing a vehicle. The Ford product is great, there are PLENTY of much better options around this area! More
Worst experience of my life!!!!!! Scott Thomason is the shadiest most immoral financing manager I have ever dealt with! My wife and I went to spradley Barr in a very distressed state Scott Thomason is the shadiest most immoral financing manager I have ever dealt with! My wife and I went to spradley Barr in a very distressed state after months of dealing with John elway dodge in Greeley! We explained our situation to Jason our sales guy and we was with a 3.99% interest rate on my trade in. Our credit scores were 750 and 810. They got us to sign a piece of paper saying they would find us financing at 5.99% or better but guaranteed us that since we already got a good rate on dodge (trade in) then he would be able to get us at 3.99% but since we didn’t want to run credit quit yet we signed it! (We already knew our scores) so we go to Scott and sign all the papers and leave under the impression that Scott was going to call us with final numbers in day or two! We signed dec 19th 2017 and on January 3rd 2018 my wife calls to find out if the trade in has been paid off by spradly abd it has not been! So my wife goes to Scott that day and he says that they are having a hard time finding financing and that they are in negotiations with a couple banks to get the interest rate we wanted but they need to come up with 3500 more to cover the negative equity on my trade in. My wife recorded this conversation and Scott tells her that it is their problem and they need to either take money off the sale price or give us more for the trade in and we would not have to come out of pocket anymore. My wife then asked can we just stop this process as we want to do our own financing and Scott and the owner would not let us out even tho they had not secured financing 14days after we signed contracts! So the next day they rushed to find us financing but it’s at the 5.99% instead of the 3.99% we had discussed! At this time we are very upset with these people We try to get bill I believe his name is involved (Scott’s boss) after 30 minutes of arguing he pretty much tells us I’ve been doing this for 30 years try to take us to court! Well after all said and done this crooked dealership ran my wife’s and I credit 8 TIMES just to get me a crappy rate of 5.99% with a bank we didn’t even want to be with after we told them we wanted to use our bank because they hadn’t been able to secure financing 2 weeks after contract signed at the rate we wanted and was promised!! My lawyers sent them a letter trying to get them to do the morally right thing but of course they didn’t respond! I will be filing a complaint with the dealer board this week! I am also a local business owner and I do and will be telling every customer that walks through my door about my horrible experience with this dealership! I will post my experience with spradley barr in every social media sites available! More
It's about accountability. Foreword: I have had my Ford Fusion for 4 years now and it has served me extremely well because I do more than the minimums on it. In Washington State I got excellent service for it. Here in Colorado, I don't know if everyone is just high on weed or what the problem is but this place is broken - and as another noted, it starts at the top. There are three outstanding recalls on the car. Ford neglected to ship sufficient stock to the dealers. Three times over the past three years I have tried to get them done, no parts. The fourth time, they had parts (allegedly) but no time to do the work, because this service center closes at 4pm (allegedly). I get stock, I get it. What bothers me is that if these people were accountable, the customer experience would be better managed. I prefer booking online so I can see availability and compare against mine at a time that works for me, since I work during the day in a government job and don't have the luxury of coming in any other time. I was told this was okay to do, and did so over a week in advance. Get to the dealer right on time, told that online booking is basically xx since you still won't get assigned a tech. Then why have it? But ignoring this for a second. Printout comes in. Ideally, they would look at it, see what I'm asking for, determine there's not enough time to do the work, then call me to pick a different day without having to ask for all of my information again. They don't do this. They didn't do it the first time, so I wasted not only a trip but half a day when they didn't have parts, knowing they didn't have parts, where they could have told me well in advance so as to save a trip. In fact, it seems like they completely ignore the online booking, as she couldn't find it for the life of her. Sounds like a broken system and I question why have it at all? Last visits I asked for 30k maintenance, they did an oil change. An oil change is NOT 30k service. SO my problem is not the stock availability. My problem is that with a simple phone call to the customer and alternative arrangements, everything would have ended up much smoother. Instead, I took off work for nothing just to be told yet again I can't get this work done - and I will get yet another letter (#5 now) from Ford asking me to do something I can't. More

The latest dealing with them was from one of their employees who was speeding and playing games on the road, he actually slammed on his brakes extremely hard as to get me to hit him with my little boy in the car. Guess what, I call the GM, I email the Owner, I left messages on their website and was completely ignored. That to me is a lack of integrity and care for the customer. Do not do business with them. The first night we brought it home , all was well or so we thought . We wake up to a giant xxx puddle under the vehicle and a it had to go for several days for repairs right off the bat . It had A broken radiator. my husbands had to return to Afghanistan and he usually handles these things , the check engine light has come on and we haven’t even made the first payment . We have 3 children and need this vehicle , it’s the only one we have ; this isn’t the what we wanted when we bought this vehicle . This isn’t the burden I wanted when choosing this vehicle from your dealership . So now while I try to figure out what on earth is wrong now , how on earth I’m going to get it to a the show , get the kids to and from school , drs appointment and deal with the this , I haven’t even made a payment on this giant piece of crap you sold Our family . So while how does it feel to take advantage like this ? Hopefully pretty crappy sir . It feels pretty xxxxty for us on our end sir More
